13)스마트폰으로 신원보증(또는 공제조합 등)어플리케이션 또는 데이터베이스에 연결하여 신원보증 또는 공제조합 등의 가입여부를 조회한다.
14)신원보증 보험 등 신원확인이 불명한 경우에는 대리운전자 데이터베이스에서 삭제한다.
15)보증보험 가입 등 신원이 확인되면 대리운전 신청자(이용자)와 1순위 대리기사가 스마트폰으로 자동 연결되거나, 대리운전 이용자가 능동적으로 원하는 대리기사를 선택한다.
16)대리운전을 하고 있는 대리기사는 대리운전 가능자 데이터베이스에서 별도 표시하고, 대리운전이 종료되면, 다시 대리운전 가능자 데이터베이스에 등록한다.
