Abstract

Disclosed are a wallpaper having magnetic properties and a method of manufacturing the same. The magnetic wallpaper according to the present invention is that the ferrite powder is attached to the fiber of the sheet together with the binder by ultrasonic waves, filling the container with ultrapure water, dissolving the ferrite powder and the binder, and generating a microwave inside the container. It is produced by the step of allowing the ferrite powder to adhere to the sheet, the sheet moving for a predetermined time inside the container along the production line, and drying the sheet after the movement is completed.

Description

Magnetic wallpaper and its manufacturing method {MAGNETIC WALLPAPER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF}

The present invention relates to a wallpaper having a magnet and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a wallpaper having a magnet with ferrite powder adhered to one surface of a sheet and a method of manufacturing the same.

In general, the wallpaper is attached to the inner wall of the building and covers most of the inner wall of the building. Therefore, in recent years, various products have been developed to utilize the part where the wallpaper is attached. For example, products are being developed and released to improve the interior function by coating a specific person or picture on the wallpaper, or to improve the health function such as antibacterial or air clean by applying a specific material on the wallpaper.

However, in order to fix an object to the conventional wallpaper, there was an inconvenience of using a separate adhesive or using a nail. Therefore, the conventional wallpaper has a lot of difficulties in attaching things, and in particular, when using an adhesive, there is a problem that the wallpaper is not firmly attached to the wallpaper and the wallpaper is damaged after being detached. There was a problem.

Therefore, the present invention was derived to solve the above problems, the present invention is to provide a magnetic wallpaper and a method of manufacturing the same that can easily attach a material having a magnetic field.

Other objects of the present invention will become more apparent through the embodiments described below.

In the magnetic wallpaper according to one aspect of the present invention, ferrite powder is attached to the fiber of the sheet by a binder.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a magnetic wallpaper, comprising: filling a container with ultrapure water and dissolving ferrite powder and a binder; generating microwaves inside the container to allow the ferrite powder to adhere to the sheet; The sheet moves along the production line for a period of time inside the container, and drying the sheet after the movement is complete.

The present invention can provide a magnetic wallpaper and a method of manufacturing the same that can easily attach a magnetic material.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The present invention is capable of various modifications and various embodiments, and specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and will be described in detail in the detailed description. It is to be understood, however, that the invention is not to be limited to the specific embodiments, but includes all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular example embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the present invention. Singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In this application, the terms "comprise" or "have" are intended to indicate that there is a feature, number, step, operation, component, part, or combination thereof described in the specification, and one or more other features. It is to be understood that the present invention does not exclude the possibility of the presence or the addition of numbers, steps, operations, components, components, or a combination thereof.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout the specification and claims. The description will be omitted.

1 is a diagram illustrating a wallpaper manufacturing process having a magnetic according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, ferrite powder and a binder are dissolved in ultrapure water in the container 160. Ferrite is a magnetic ceramic material, which is a mixture of Fe 2 O 3 and oxides and carbonates in powder form, which is compression-sintered at high temperatures. If the particle size of the ferrite powder is 0.05mm there is an advantage that can be more easily attached to the surface of the sheet 120. And the binder (binder) corresponds to the adhesive that allows the ferrite powder to adhere to the surface of the sheet 120.

In addition, the container 160 includes a microwave device 140 capable of generating ultrasonic waves. The microwave device 140 vibrates the binder and ferrite powder dissolved in ultrapure water so that the microwave device 140 may be attached to the sheet 120.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the sheet 120 moves in a locked state for about one minute inside the container 160, ferrite particles are formed on one surface of the sheet 120 by ultrasonic waves formed by the microwave 140. It is attached to the wallpaper to create a magnetic wallpaper. The sheet 120 to which the ferrite particles are attached is wound around it by the rotation of the roller 150 and then dried.

In FIG. 1, the sheet 120 serves as a base material of the wallpaper, and corresponds to fibers or papers having fibers.

2 shows a state in which the ferrite powder is adhered to the fiber by ultrasonic waves.

Referring to FIG. 2, it can be seen that the ferrite powder corresponding to the metal powder is attached to the fiber of the sheet 120. Since the ferrite powder has an effect of absorbing electromagnetic waves, it can be utilized as a shield of a facility vulnerable to electromagnetic waves. Therefore, by attaching the magnetic wallpaper according to the invention on the back of the television, audio, refrigerator can be absorbed electromagnetic waves. In addition, the wallpaper having magnetic properties by the ferrite powder has an advantage of easily attaching a metal object and having a thin thickness, thereby making it easy to process and cut.

The magnetic wallpaper according to the present embodiment can easily attach various kinds of products such as metal educational equipment and interior props (for example, wall clocks), thereby effectively utilizing space as well as interior effects.

While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. It will be understood that the invention may be varied and varied without departing from the scope of the invention.
