사용자 단말기(10)와, 사업자 단말기(20) 및 상기 각 단말기(10, 20)와 통신을 수행하는 서버(30)를 포함하는 가상공간 구현시스템에 있어서,
상기 서버(30)는,
각 분야별 서비스를 수행하는 사업자에게 사업공간을 할당하여 사업자별 정보를 저장하는 저장부(31)와;
상기 저장된 사업공간을 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 표시하고, 상기 사용자가 상기 사업공간 중 어느 하나의 사업공간에 방문하고자 하는 경우 상기 방문에 필요한 인증절차를 수행하고, 상기 서비스에 따른 계약을 선택하여 체결하고자 하는 경우 상기 계약의 체결에 필요한 내용을 생성하여 상기 각 단말기의 표시부(12, 22)에 표시함으로써 상기 사용자 및 상기 사업자가 각각 계약의 체결에 필요한 인증을 통해 상기 계약을 체결하도록 상기 각 단말기(10, 20) 및 상기 저장부(31)를 제어하는 제어부(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상공간 구현시스템.
