약품탱크 내에 침수상태로 설치되어 약품탱크 내부의 세척액을 흡입하기 위한 흡입포트 및 흡입된 세척액을 토출하기 위한 토출포트를 갖는 임펠러 하우징과, 상기 토출포트에 일단이 연결되고 다른 일단은 약품탱크의 외부로 연결되는 배출관과, 상기 임펠러 하우징의 상부에 일체로 연결되는 하우징으로 구성된 펌핑파트와; 하측에 상기 펌핑파트가 지지되는 베이스 플레이트와; 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상측에 설치되는 상부 하우징과; 상기 상부 하우징의 상측에 결합되는 구동모터;로 이루어진 버티칼 압송펌프에 있어서;
상기 하우징의 상부에 상부캡을 나사 결합하되,
상기 하우징의 상단에 씰링홈을 형성하여, 이에 환형의 씰링고무를 압입하여, 상부캡을 하우징의 상부에 나사 결합하였을 때 상부캡과 하우징의 상단 사이가 씰링고무에 의해 밀봉되도록 하며,
상기 상부캡의 하부 배치되며, 상기 하우징의 내부에 길이방향으로 설치되는 축의 상단에 나사부를 형성하고, 상기 나사부에 마감캡을 설치한 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버티칼 압송펌프용 상부캡 결합구조.
