Abstract

PURPOSE: A circlip is provided to reduce costs for manufacturing a mold and to relieve inconvenience of manufacturing various molds of each size. CONSTITUTION: A circlip(1) comprises an outer portion and an inner portion. The circlip is formed with steel wires. The outer portion is formed by being roundly rolled. The inner portion comprises symmetrical parts being gripped by a tool in assembling or disassembling. The inner portion can comprise asymmetry parts being gripped by the tool in assembling or disassembling. The circlip is a stopping ring.

Description

Circlip {Circlip}

The present invention relates to a circlip that is designed and used in various forms for the purpose of fixing the mechanical component parts, such as preventing the separation of the bearing, the separation of the spring, the separation of the pin, etc. of the mechanical component parts.

The shape of the snap ring, which is a commonly used circlip, is manufactured and used in the form as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.

Since the hole snap ring shown in Fig. 1 is formed in a form similar to the letter “C”, it is also called a “seed snap ring for holes” and is widely used.

Since the shaft snap ring shown in FIG. 2 is formed in a form similar to the letter “C”, it is also called a “seed snap ring” and is widely used.

The shaft snap ring shown in Fig. 3 has a shape similar to that of the letter “E” and is also referred to as an “e-ring.” It is a widely used form. It is used as it is properly assembled by pushing it with tongs, etc.

According to the present invention, the snap ring used in the existing production is a form in which a large amount of material is lost by using punching as shown in FIG. Since the production of multiple molds for each dimension has a problem that the mold manufacturing cost is excessively entered, the purpose is to reduce the material loss and the mold manufacturing cost.

The present invention uses a steel wire (Steel Wire) as a material, it is characterized in that it is possible to make a snap ring without separately manufacturing a press mold.

The present invention can eliminate the loss of material generated in the case of manufacturing a snap ring by press punching as shown in Figure 5, eliminating the hassle of manufacturing a variety of molds for each dimension, and can reduce the mold manufacturing cost have.

 According to the present invention, when the circlip is manufactured and used using a steel wire in the form as shown in FIG.

9 shows an example used to prevent the release of the piston pin 2, which is one case of the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 6, when the straight portion of the center portion is picked up by a radio tong or a long nose pliers, it is easy to assemble due to the contraction of the outer diameter portion. It is convenient to use.

In the case shown in Fig. 7, which is another embodiment of the present invention, when the tongs are in the form of paws, the claws are picked up by radio tongs or long nose pliers and then pushed while twisting for the holes to be assembled. Put it in, you can assemble.

In the case of the embodiment as shown in FIG. 8, which is another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to assemble the rounded diameter by picking it up with a radio forceps or a long nose pliers and then pushing it into the hole for assembly. In this case, disassembly and assembly is not so easy, but if it is difficult to install a twin or outboard portion that can inevitably catch the snap ring in the inner central portion, the stop ring can be manufactured and used in the form shown in FIG.

Claims (3)

Using a steel wire as a material, as shown in Figure 7, the outer ring is rolled in a circular shape, and the inner side has a symmetrical shape having a symmetrical part for a tool for assembly and / or disassembly.
Using a steel wire as a material, as shown in Figure 7, the outer ring is rolled in a circular shape, and the inner ring has an asymmetrical shape having a portion for holding by a tool during assembly and / or disassembly.
Using a steel wire as a material, the round ring is rounded and has an inner or outer portion to hold the tool for assembly and disassembly or disassembly, or as shown in FIG.
