Description

Hook for the bag, manufacturing method therefor and bag

The present invention relates to a bag ring and a bag using the same for the connection portion of the strap is installed on the carrier, such as a bag.

In general, a carrier carried by a person carries a string member. For example, a bag or a handbag is equipped with a bag strap, and a backpack, a sag, and the like are also equipped with a shoulder strap for hand or shoulder straps.

In particular, it is a general design trend that the string member is formed to have a predetermined width by using a leather or a high-quality fabric in a luxury bag. This strap member may be directly connected to the bag. In this case, while the strap member is gripped by the user, the bag is shaken by the load, and there is a disadvantage in that the connection portion between the strap member and the bag having a predetermined width is twisted. In a high-quality bag, this phenomenon causes the wrinkles of the connection part to act as a factor of lowering the quality, and has a disadvantage of quality deterioration that this connection part is easily broken during long use of the bag.

In order to solve this problem, the fixing ring is coupled to the bag, and the string member is equipped with a coupling ring of a long hole corresponding to a predetermined width, and a method of connecting the fixing ring and the coupling ring with a hook has been developed. At this time, there is a method in which the hook is freely rotatable with respect to the coupling ring.

One of the prior arts is that one end of the hook is elongated and inserted into a cylindrical hole formed in the coupling ring. Then, by pressing one end of the hook passing through the cylindrical hole to increase the cross-sectional area than the inner diameter of the cylindrical hole.

Another conventional technique is that a step is formed at one end of the hook, and the washer is engaged by the step after the cylindrical hole of the coupling ring passes. This washer has a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical hole to prevent the coupling ring from falling out of the hook.

These conventional techniques have a problem that it is difficult to raise the manufacturing tolerance above a certain level. That is, in the case of the pressing type, there is a technical problem that the length of one end of the hook must be sufficiently increased to secure enough space to be deformed in pressing. In addition, to secure the rotation of the coupling ring to the hook should be secured to the length of one end that is not deformed by pressing long enough. Therefore, the coupling ring has a large play in the longitudinal direction of one end.

In addition, the type to which the washer is coupled must also secure a space for the washer to be coupled in advance, and at least one end portion is formed to protrude to the outside, so that the length of one end becomes longer. In addition, the washer is deformed and must be inserted into the step, so that one end portion is protruded from the cylindrical hole inserted at one end to secure the deformation space. Even in this case, as one end is formed as long as the secured deformation space, the coupling ring has a large clearance in the longitudinal direction of one end. This play has the disadvantage of being opposed to the high-quality image of the product because it brings noise and wear caused by friction.

There is also a disadvantage of requiring a separate tool to deform the pressing machine or washer.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem. The present invention aims to improve the appearance image while minimizing play to solve the problems caused by friction.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a ring having a rotating shaft formed with a pinhole penetrated at an outer circumferential surface thereof, a ring having an insertion hole rotatably inserted into the rotating shaft, coupled to a circumference of the rotating shaft, and having an inner diameter of the insertion hole. The present invention provides a bag ring having a larger outer diameter, a fixing member having a fixing hole corresponding to the pin hole, and a pin inserted into the fixing hole and the pin hole to fix the fixing member to the rotating shaft.

Here, the fixing member may include a cylindrical portion surrounding the rotary shaft, and a closing plate which blocks one end of the cylindrical portion and whose inner surface is applied to an end of the rotary shaft.

In another embodiment, in addition to the above configuration, a bearing for reducing friction may be interposed between the peripheral portion of the insertion hole and the cylindrical portion.

Furthermore, a flange is formed on the rotation shaft, and a bearing for reducing friction may be further interposed between the flange and the periphery of the insertion hole.

In addition, an elastic body that is deformed according to the surface curvature of the peripheral portion may be interposed between the peripheral portion of the insertion hole and the bearing.

In addition, a lubrication member for reducing friction may be further interposed between the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole and the contact surface of the rotating shaft.

In addition, a bag including the bag ring described above is provided.

In a method of manufacturing a bag ring according to an embodiment of the present invention, forming a pinhole at the end of the rotating shaft of the ring, and forming a fixing hole corresponding to the pinhole in the fixing member coupled to the rotating shaft, the ring on the rotating shaft Inserting an insertion hole into the end of the rotary shaft protruding from the insertion hole of the ring, engaging the fixing member surrounding the end of the end, and a pin coupled to the fixing member toward the center of the rotating shaft. By rotating the fixing member while pressing, the pin is partially inserted into the pin hole, and then pressing the pin to provide a method of manufacturing a bag ring comprising the step of coupling the pin to the fixing hole and the pin hole.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to combine the ring and the ring in a simple assembly method has the effect of improving productivity. In addition, it is possible to adjust the play of the ring in the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft by adjusting the length of the fixing member, it has an effect that can improve the quality of the bag ring at a low cost. In addition, since the fixing member coupled to the end of the ring is observed from the outside, the appearance is improved compared to the prior art. Therefore, it is possible to create an advanced image of the bag ring.

In addition, the bearing, the elastic body, the lubrication member is further provided to solve the problem of wear caused by friction during the rotation of the ring, the inconvenience of use due to the friction sound has an effect that can further improve the bag ring.

Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of the main part of the present invention shown in FIG.
3 is a cross-sectional view showing the main parts of the present invention shown in FIG.
Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the main portion of the bag ring according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Figure 5 is a block diagram showing a method of manufacturing a bag ring according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described the configuration, function and operation of the bag ring and its manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. However, in the embodiments, reference numbers for similar or identical components are used uniformly.

Referring to Figure 1, the bag ring 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a ring (1) and a ring (2). The loop 1 is detachably coupled to a separate ring mounted on a bag (not shown), and includes a snap ring 11 of a known configuration. Or hooks, clips, clamps, etc. of various configurations, coupled to a ring mounted to the bag in place of the snap ring.

One side of the ring 2 is rotatably coupled to the ring 1, the bag strap (not shown) is coupled. The ring 2 forms a closed loop for engagement with the bag strap and the inner shape of the ring is oval as shown. Alternatively, the inner shape of the ring may be changed into various shapes such as a circle or a square, and any part of the ring may not be opened to form a closed loop.

2 and 3, the cylindrical rotating shaft 12 protrudes on one side of the ring 1. This axis of rotation 12 is integral with the body of the ring shown by the snap ring 11. At this time, the rotating shaft may be manufactured separately from the body of the ring and then integrally coupled by welding.

As the rotation shaft 12 has a diameter smaller than the thickness of one end of the body of the ring constituting the snap ring, the connecting portion of the body and the rotation shaft 12 forms a step 122. The step 122 may perform a function such as a flange. That is, the front end of the ring 2 inserted into the rotation shaft 12 is in contact with this step. Although not shown, a flange protruding along the outer circumferential surface in the middle portion of the rotating shaft may contact the front end of the ring inserted into the rotating shaft.

A pinhole 121 penetrating the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft 12 is formed. In this case, the pinhole 121 may penetrate the center of the rotation shaft 12. Alternatively, the pinhole may be formed as a groove without passing through both sides of the rotation shaft.

An insertion hole 21 is formed in the middle of the long axis of the long hole in the ring 2. The periphery of the insertion hole 21 may be formed relatively thicker than other portions of the ring 2 to have greater rigidity. In addition, the periphery 211 of the insertion hole 21 may be formed with a certain degree of curvature rather than a complete plane.

The inner diameter of the insertion hole 21 is equal to or at least larger than the outer diameter of the rotation shaft 12. This is for the ring 2 to be smoothly rotated with respect to the ring 1 after the rotating shaft 12 is inserted into the insertion hole 21. In addition, when the inner diameter of the insertion hole is made larger than the outer diameter of the rotation shaft, it is helpful to reduce the manufacturing cost by lowering the strict tolerance management for the diameter of the rotation shaft and the inner diameter of the insertion hole.

In addition, the length of the rotary shaft 12 is formed longer than the thickness of the portion where the insertion hole 21 is formed, the end of the rotary shaft 12 penetrating the insertion hole 21 protrudes toward the inside of the ring (2).

The fixing member 3 is a member coupled to the circumference of the rotating shaft 12 protruding into the ring through the insertion hole 21. At this time, the outer diameter of the fixing member 3 is larger than the inner diameter of the insertion hole 21 to prevent the ring 2 from being separated from the rotation shaft 12. A fixing hole 311 corresponding to the pinhole 121 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member 3.

The pin 4 is a member inserted into the fixing hole 311 and the pin hole 121 to fix the fixing member 3 to the rotating shaft. At this time, the pin 4 may be fitted into the fixing hole 311 and the pin hole 121.

The combination of the rotating shaft and the fixing member by the pin can simplify the coupling structure of the bag ring. In other words, the boring operation of the pin hole and the fixing hole does not require additional plastic processing after forming the ring and the ring, and thus does not require a separate tool for joining the press machine or the washer required in the pressing method of the prior art.

In addition, it is very easy to adjust the play of the ring coupled to the rotating shaft by adjusting the length of the fixing member. That is, by adjusting the length of the fixing member surrounding the rotary shaft it is possible to appropriately reduce the play that the ring inserted in the rotary shaft can move freely along the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft. Therefore, it is possible to improve the quality of the final product at low cost.

In addition, since only the fixing member is mainly observed from the outside, the appearance beauty can be greatly improved as compared with the conventional techniques.

On the other hand, the fixing member 3 blocks the cylindrical portion 31 surrounding the rotary shaft 12 and one end of the cylindrical portion 31, the inner surface of which is applied to the end of the rotary shaft 12 It may include a closing plate (32).

The closing plate 32 is in contact with the end of the rotation shaft 12, thereby making it easy to center the fixing hole 311 and the pinhole 121. That is, when the fixing member 3 is coupled to the rotating shaft such that the closing plate 32 is in contact with the end of the rotating shaft 12, the pinhole 121 and the fixing hole 311 are positioned on the same circumference. Thereafter, when the fixing member 3 is rotated while the pin 4 is pressed into the fixing hole 311 while the pin 4 is partially inserted into the fixing hole 311, the center of the pin hole 121 and the fixing hole 311 are centered. When matched, the pin 4 is partially inserted into the pinhole 121, so that the assembler can know that the centers of the pinhole 121 and the fixing hole 311 coincide. This is convenient because it can be perceived through the touch of the hand pressing the pin, and does not cause eye fatigue. Therefore, less effort is needed to center the pinhole and the fixing hole.

In addition, when the closing plate 32 is provided, the fixing member 3 surrounds the end of the rotating shaft 12 protruding through the insertion hole 21. As a result, the end of the rotating shaft is not observed from the outside, thereby preventing foreign matter from entering the space between the cylindrical portion and the rotating shaft. In particular, since moisture does not penetrate, rust is not generated, and thus the life of the product is increased and the appearance is improved.

4 shows another embodiment of the present invention.

Bag ring 10 according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a ring (1), a ring (2), a fixing member (3) and a pin (4). Since the main features of this configuration are the same as the above-described embodiment, redundant description is omitted.

A bearing 5 may be interposed between the stepped portion of the ring 1 (hereinafter referred to as a 'flange') and one side edge portion 211a of the insertion hole and between the other edge portion 211b of the insertion hole and the cylindrical portion 31 of the fixing member. Can be. In this case, the bearing 5 between the flange 123 and one side peripheral portion of the insertion hole 21 may be omitted. At this time, the bearing 5 may be a thrust bearing, it is also possible to replace the other sliding member.

The bearing 5 prevents the periphery 211 of the insertion hole and the fixing member 3 from being worn out by friction with each other when the ring 2 rotates with respect to the rotary shaft 12, and prevents the occurrence of friction noise. This improves the convenience of use of the bag ring, it is possible to upgrade the bag ring.

In addition, although not shown, an elastic body may be further interposed between the periphery of the insertion hole and the bearing. As described above, the periphery of the insertion hole may not be a perfect plane. As shown mainly the insertion hole peripheral portion is formed thicker. The ring can be tilted with respect to the center of the insertion hole. Therefore, the bearing may not be in close contact with the bearing. As the elastic body is interposed between the periphery and the bearing, it is possible to prevent the inclination of the ring. In this case, the elastic part may be a thin plastic disk.

Furthermore, a lubrication member 6 for reducing friction may be further interposed between the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole 21 and the contact surface of the rotary shaft 12.

For example, FIG. 4 shows a pair of cylindrical sliding members 61 and 62 in contact with each other. The sliding members 61 and 62 have a configuration in which the first sliding member 61 having a smaller diameter is in contact with the inside of the second sliding member 62 having a larger diameter. The first sliding member 61 is in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 12, and the second sliding member 62 is in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole 21 of the ring 2.

When the ring rotates about the rotation axis, the second sliding member is rotated together with the ring, and friction reduction by rotation is achieved between the first sliding member and the second sliding member. The material of the first and second sliding members may be polytetrafluoroetylene. As another example, the lubricating member may be cylindrical silicone impregnated with a lubricant, or a foamed resin containing the lubricant.

The lubrication member reduces the friction between the insertion hole of the ring and the rotating shaft while suppressing the occurrence of friction noise. In addition, the ring rotates smoothly, and by eliminating the play, the bag ring is advanced.

On the other hand, Figure 5 shows a method of manufacturing a bag ring according to an embodiment of the present invention. In a method of manufacturing a bag ring according to an embodiment of the present invention, forming a pinhole at the end of the rotating shaft of the ring, forming a fixing hole in the above-described ring member (s1), fitting the insertion hole of the ring on the rotating shaft (s2), coupling a fixing member surrounding the end of the rotary shaft to an end of the rotary shaft protruding from the insertion hole of the ring (s3), and coupling a pin to the pin hole through the fixing member. (s4).

The rings, rings and fixing members may be made of metal or synthetic resin. After molding, the surface may be polished to obtain the appearance of the rings and rings. After that, boring the end of the rotating shaft of the ring to form a pinhole. In addition, a fixing hole is formed in the fixing member (s1).

Next, the rotating shaft is inserted into the insertion hole of the ring (s2). At this time, the bearing and the elastic body may be first inserted into the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft may be inserted into the insertion hole of the ring. In addition, the rotation shaft may be coupled to the insertion hole after the above-described lubricating member is inserted into the rotation shaft. Thereafter, the elastic body and the bearing may be additionally inserted at the end of the rotating shaft protruding from the insertion hole of the ring.

Then, the fixing member is coupled to the end of the rotating shaft (s3). At this time, the closing plate of the fixing member is completely pushed in contact with the end of the rotating shaft.

Thereafter, the center of the pin hole of the fixing hole and the rotating shaft of the fixing member is fitted, and pins are inserted into the fixing hole and the pin hole (s4). Specifically, a part of the pin may be inserted into the fixing hole formed in the fixing member, and the pressing member may be slowly rotated along the circumference of the rotating shaft while pressing the pin so that the pin is inserted into the pin hole. Thereafter, the other end of the pin is knocked so that the pin is coupled through the fixing member and the rotating shaft.

As described above, the pin is found in the pinhole while the fixing member is rotated, whereby the pin is easily coupled.

On the other hand, although not shown, the bag according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body that can hold things such as belongings, a bag strap coupled to the main body and the above-described bag ring connecting the bag strap and the main body .
