Abstract

PURPOSE: A vibration damping device for a carriage of a lathe is provided to attenuate shaking of a carriage because a weight reciprocates inside a recessed portion and is buffered by an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A vibration damping device for a carriage of a lathe comprises a recessed portion, an elastic member(30), a weight(40), and a lid(50). The recessed portion is formed in the surface of a carriage(10) of a lathe. The elastic member is attached at the bottom of the recessed portion. The weight is received in the recessed portion. The lid isolates the recessed portion from the outside.

Description

 Apparatus for damping vibration of tool carriage in lathe}

The present invention relates to a vibration damping device for a rack carriage, and more particularly, to a vibration damping device for a rack carriage that can reduce the overall vibration of the carriage by buffering and offsetting the vibration generated in the carriage.

Generally, lathes are factory machines that process a workpiece in a predetermined form by linear movement of the tool in a plane including the rotation of the workpiece and its axis of rotation.

The vessel is fixed to the working surface and acts as a base and a guide, and the headstock is formed on one side of the bed and rotated by the power of the motor, and slide along the guide surface of the bed and mainly the tool is fixed Tool carriages, tailstocks and attachments that hold the center of the workpiece.

In this case, the carriage to which the tool is fixed is fixed at the tip of the carriage to cut the workpiece rotated by the main shaft.

In the carriage, the vibration of the bite due to friction with the workpiece during the cutting process propagates, thereby causing vibration. In particular, in the case of a large lathe for processing a large workpiece such as a generator rotor, it is very difficult to control the vibration.

Therefore, in order to prevent vibration at the source, the cutting oil is applied to minimize the friction and the dustproof port is installed, but the cutting inevitably causes a problem because the minimum friction is required.

When vibration is generated in this way, the machining is performed while changing the rotation speed of the spindle spindle.

However, there is a problem in that the surface roughness of the workpiece is poor because the vibration is not controlled when the operator does not continuously observe.

In addition, if the vibration is not controlled there is a problem in that the impact load acts on the tool to shorten the life.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, the weight is provided to reciprocate in the interior of the concave portion to buffer the elastic member to attenuate the vibration of the carriage by providing a vibration damping device of the shelf carriage There is this.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a rack carriage vibration damping device to reduce the vibration of the carriage as described above to make the surface of the workpiece beautiful.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a shelf carriage vibration damping device that extends the life of the tool because it prevents the impact load acts on the tool by reducing the vibration of the carriage as described above.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a shelf carriage vibration damping device that is provided with a permanent magnet as a weight to double the damping effect through the action of a magnetic force.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a shelf carriage vibration damping device that can attenuate the vibration more effectively because it can adjust the angle of the weight according to the vibration intensity by installing the adjustment screw.

The present invention provides a concave portion formed on the surface of the shelf carriage; An elastic member attached to the bottom of the recess; A weight accommodated in the recess; It provides a vibration damping device of the shelf carriage consisting of a cover for blocking the concave portion from the outside.

The weight is preferably a permanent magnet.

In addition, one side of the concave inlet is preferably provided with an adjustment screw for adjusting the angle of the weight.

As described above, the vibration damping device of the shelf carriage according to the present invention may reduce the vibration of the carriage by providing a weight to reciprocate in the recessed portion to cushion the elastic member.

In addition, the vibration damping device of the rack carriage according to the present invention to reduce the vibration of the carriage as described above to make the surface of the workpiece beautiful.

In addition, the vibration damping device of the shelf carriage according to the present invention can attenuate the shaking of the carriage as described above to prevent the impact load on the tool to extend the life of the tool.

In addition, since the vibration damping device of the shelf carriage according to the present invention has a permanent magnet as a weight, the damping effect can be doubled through the action of magnetic force.

In addition, the vibration damping device of the shelf carriage according to the present invention can adjust the angle of the weight according to the strength of the vibration by installing the adjustment screw can more effectively attenuate the vibration.

Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a shock absorber of the shelf carriage according to an embodiment of the present invention.
3 is a cross-sectional view showing a part of a carriage equipped with a shock absorber according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, a vibration damping device of a lathe tool stand according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Vibration damping device of the ship tool according to an embodiment of the present invention is a concave portion 20 formed on the surface of the shelf carriage 10 and the bottom of the concave portion 20 as shown in Figure 1 to 2 It consists of an elastic member 30 attached to the, the weight 40 accommodated in the concave portion 20 and the cover 50 for blocking the concave portion 20 from the outside.

The recess 20 is formed on the side of the carriage 10 and has a rectangular cross section. The concave inlet portion 20 formed in the long direction is formed in plural so that the long axis direction is perpendicular to each other. One side of the concave inlet 20 is formed with a female screw hole 22 for coupling the adjustment screw 60 to be described later. In addition, a stepped portion 24 for seating the lid is formed at the rim of the recess.

The elastic member 30 is attached to the bottom of the concave portion 20 and serves as a buffer of the weight 40. Here, the elastic member 30 is mainly made of NBR rubber and can be used as a variety of materials having elasticity, such as urethane, if necessary. On the other hand, the elastic member 30 is preferably attached so as not to cover the female screw hole 22 of the concave portion (20).

The weight 40 is inserted into the concave inlet 20 and has a plate shape. The weight 40 is preferably made of a permanent magnet (magnet) to double the buffering action by the magnetic force. When the weight 40 vibrates in the carriage 10, the weight 40 moves up and down inside the recess 20 by the vibration, and the weight 40 collides with the elastic member 30 by the movement. It dissipates energy while reducing vibration. In addition, since the weight 40 is made of a permanent magnet, the weight 40 collides at a higher speed due to the magnetic force during the movement in the direction of the elastic member 30, thereby increasing the amount of energy dissipation, thereby doubling the damping ability of the vibration. In addition, the weight 40 is determined by the adjustment screw 60 is engaged with the female screw hole 22 to the concave inlet (20). Therefore, the width of the weight 40 moving section is adjusted according to the vibration pattern. That is, if the vibration of the Wangbukdae 10 is severe, the width of the weight 40 moving section is increased so that the divergence of energy occurs more actively. Weakens.

The cover 50 blocks the concave inlet 20 from the outside as a plate-like member. The cover 50 is also fixed to the carriage 10 by bolts 52. The cover 50 of the cover is preferably made of a member having a predetermined elasticity to withstand the impact of the weight 40 and to prevent the weight 40 from breaking when the weight 40 collides. .
