PURPOSE: An intelligent cooling and heating device for comfortable environment is provided to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent cooling and heating device for comfortable environment comprises a temperature measuring part(101), a humidity measuring part(102), a movement detecting part(103), a data storage module(104), and a data communicating part(105). The movement detecting part is operated based on movement detecting sensors. The data storage module saves gathered data. The data communicating part transmits the saved data.
