Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for minimizing the waiting time of a multi-use facility, and in particular, presents an optimal moving line to the visitor in order to minimize the waiting time of the visitor in a multi-use facility such as an amusement park, an exhibition, or an exhibition (facility / exhibition hall). It is about how to minimize the waiting time caused by the large number of people in some exhibition halls.
As income levels rise, more and more people want to enjoy leisure and cultural life. The improvement of leisure and cultural life led to the amusement park as a family unit or to see exhibitions and exhibitions held nationwide.
In general, rides and exhibitions in the amusement park tend to attract visitors at a certain time, such as weekends or holidays, so the owner or organizer wants to disperse them. However, due to lack of details such as amusement parks, exhibitions, and exhibitions, visitors were able to travel to and from many places without need, especially for the whole family with children to rest.
Usually, amusement facilities, exhibitions, and exhibitions (hereinafter referred to as "facilities / exhibition halls"), in particular, are examples of amusement facilities. Many people come to the crowd. It is also quite crowded on weekends or holidays rather than weekdays.
In general, there are a lot of amusement facilities and exhibitions, especially in expos or amusement parks, where people line up to see popular exhibitions and facilities, while others are short. However, queues can't be avoided because most visitors want to see popular places or use the facilities.
For example, the popular exhibition halls should be lined up for 4 to 5 hours when visiting the expo. However, the non-popular exhibition halls can enter without waiting time. Therefore, even if visitors spend their time visiting, there are very few facilities / exhibition halls that can be actually used at a given time. For this reason, the longer the visitor waits, the more the complaints and complaints accumulate. However, if the waiting time is reduced by distributing the visitors concentrated in one place to many places, more visitors are expected to visit the amusement facilities, exhibitions, and exhibitions, and much profit is expected.
In the present invention, when a visit to a facility / exhibition hall, etc., the visitors are dispersed to reduce the waiting time of the visitors in consideration of a phenomenon in which a large number of people flock to a specific facility or place, and the waiting time of each facility / exhibition hall is predicted. The goal is to minimize the waiting time.
An object of the present invention is to collect the expected number of users and site user data, and to apply the data to each facility / exhibition hall to provide the best service to both the owner or organizer and visitors.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the operator or organizer uses the serial number (unique number) recorded on the ticket and the location tracking technology of the check function card such as a mobile phone or T-money to adjust the waiting time of the facility or the exhibition hall that the visitor intends to use. In order to inform the visitors in advance, in order to allow the visitors to efficiently use the waiting time, the serial number recorded in the admission ticket is registered on the server computer of the operator or the host by using a tag or a mobile phone.
The number registered by the visitor is recognized as a unique number of the visitor by the server computer and tracked using the GPS function of the visitor's mobile phone. The visitor goes to the desired exhibition hall or facility and applies for entry. The application method uses a method of tagging the facility terminal like a traffic card. At this time, you can also enter the number of guests, such as family.
The facility terminal checks the registered number of visitors through a monitor and informs the current waiting number and time if the visitors line up. When the facility terminal asks whether the user wants to enter the tag and at the same time, and if the visitor answers yes, the facility terminal may present an optimal use line including other exhibition halls or facilities along with a notice of registration.
The optimal copper line appears on the facility terminal monitor and also on the mobile phone of the visitor, and may be output through the facility terminal. The visitor may use other facilities along the optimal copper line suggested by the server computer, and add some other desired facilities to form the optimal copper line. Therefore, visitors can use the waiting time efficiently.
In addition, the owner or organizer will identify the current location of the visitors so that they can use the facilities or exhibition halls registered by the visitors at the desired time, and inform them of the optimum route in consideration of the travel time to the registered facility and the scheduled time of entry. Make sure you can find the place without forgetting. By using this feature, you can register the unique ticket number on the child's mobile phone and add the lost child function using the mobile phone's location tracking method.
Therefore, the method for minimizing waiting time according to the present invention comprises the steps of purchasing an admission ticket having a unique number recorded therein, registering the unique number in a server computer directly or using a mobile phone, and storing the registered unique number and using the unique number. Managing the situation and the like, and moving the facility / exhibition hall desired by the visitor;
Displaying the current waiting number and entrance estimated time on the facility / exhibit terminal monitor, checking whether the waiting time is determined according to the waiting number and entering estimated time;
Tagging a cell phone to a facility / exhibit terminal, displaying a waiting time and a movement line of another facility / exhibit on the visitor cell after the tag; Characterized by notifying the service step, and characterized in that it comprises the entrance and viewing step.
In addition, the waiting people / time display of the facility / exhibition hall terminal of the present invention is characterized in that displayed on the mobile phone at the same time as the tag.
In addition, the mobile phone text service of the present invention is characterized by telling the distance and time required when moving to another facility.
The present invention has the effect of reducing the waiting time, such as the use of the facility of the amusement park or viewing the exhibition hall to the minimum.
1 is an embodiment for explaining a method for minimizing latency according to the present invention.
2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for minimizing a waiting time according to the present invention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a view for explaining an embodiment showing a method for minimizing latency according to the present invention.
For example, in the facility such as the expo of FIG.
First, if visitors want to see the popular Korean and American Pavilion, they can go to the Korean Pavilion and register as waiting people, and then see the African or European Pavilion for the remaining four hours as shown in the table. . At this time, the visitor may be tired if he / she continues to watch, but may move to another viewing site and spend time relaxing in the resting facility of the nearest facility in the middle.
In this case, the server computer may have a situation different from the travel course that has already been provided for the optimal viewing while waiting for the visitor, and the server computer recognizes the changed situation of the visitor and provides the changed information.
The server computer may recognize a changed situation of a specific visitor, calculate a travel time, and recognize an average travel time of a specific visitor, and calculate and inform an accurate travel time for the distance to the Korean pavilion that was waiting for the first time.
In addition, the server computer will send a text message to the waiting visitors 30 minutes before the estimated time of arrival, via mobile phone, ie the distance to the Korean Pavilion you are waiting for is approximately 540 meters from your current location and is approximately The journey takes 18 minutes and the optimal travel course is as follows. ”
At this time, if the visitor arrives more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time of entry from the terminal due to unavoidable circumstances, the admission will be automatically abandoned and cancelled. However, if the terminal comes within 30 minutes of the scheduled entry time, admission will be granted immediately. Therefore, if the visitor does not mark the entry with the tag of the terminal of the facility to enter the facility later than the scheduled time of entry, the entrance scheduled time has passed and the entry may be canceled every 10 minutes. In addition, inform the server administrator of the telephone number that can be taken in case of an emergency or inevitable situation.
2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for minimizing a waiting time according to the present invention.
As shown in the ticket purchase step (S1), all of the visitors purchase the admission ticket recorded a unique number on the ticket. The unique number is given only one number per ticket.
Next, in the unique number registration step (S2), the visitor submits the admission ticket and directly enters the unique number of the admission ticket into the server installed in the entrance facility using his mobile phone or sends it to the server using the mobile phone. Next, the unique number storage / analysis step S3 stores and analyzes data directly input by the visitor and data transmitted to the mobile phone. In the step (S3) serves to properly distribute by calculating the waiting number and waiting time of each facility using the unique number. Next, the process moves to the facility / exhibition hall step S4, in which the visitor moves to the desired facility / exhibition hall. Next, the waiting person / time display step (S5) is moved, and in the step (S5), the waiting person is transferred to the mobile phone of the visitor based on the rearranged data to reflect the current waiting person of the facility / exhibition hall. / Time will be sent.
In addition, after moving to the desired facility, it is determined whether to wait in consideration of the current waiting person and the estimated time of entry displayed on the monitor installed in front of each facility entrance. Next, when the visitor decides to wait, in the next step, the terminal tag step (S7), if the mobile phone is tagged to each facility terminal in the corresponding facility terminal, the user will automatically register as a standby.
Next, in the mobile phone display step S8, waiting time / waiting number is displayed on the mobile phone of the visitors of each facility by using the unique number registered as the waiting person, and other facilities are also recommended to be displayed. At this time, you can use the waiting time to rest in the rest facility. In the next step, the text service step (S9), the text is transmitted to the visitor's mobile phone 30 minutes before the available time to the tagged facility / exhibition hall. The visitor moves in accordance with the text service to enter the facility / exhibition hall (S10), and then next time (S11), if the user wants to see another facility / exhibition hall, the process proceeds to the facility / exhibition hall moving step (S4) again. Continue to repeat, and to end the viewing proceeds to the end step (S12).
The present invention can be used in a waiting time minimizing method of a play facility or an exhibition.
