Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a PTC heating wire that prevents local overheating, fire, electric shock, etc. by using a PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heating wire and also blocks electromagnetic and magnetic fields generated from the PTC heating wire.
In general, there are several types of heating wires, which include heating element wires that generate copper and nickel alloy wires, and planar heating elements and PTC heating wires. In addition to the patent registration of the applicant, a number of patents are registered and published, but there are no patents for blocking electric and magnetic fields using PTC heating wires.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the applicant has not registered a patent on December 18, 1998 with respect to the electromagnetic field shielding heating element wire (10-0184360 heating element wire and also the electric field blocking). Although the patent registration publication (10-0184359 electromagnetic wave absorption removal and earth confirmation circuit), the applicant's patent magnetic field blocking heating element wire is characterized by blocking the electromagnetic magnetic field by using copper nickel alloy wire, but the heating element wire only generates heat and the heating wire is There is a risk of burns and fire due to overheating due to the failure or malfunction of the temperature controller that controls the temperature because the temperature cannot be controlled by itself. The present invention provides a PTC (positive temperatural coefficient) self-regulating heating wire. Maintain constant temperature by increasing resistance value proportional to To block the electric field generated by the PTC heating unit.
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the conductor 1 (1) and the conductor 2 (2) are symmetrical with each other and the conductors are shielded from each other by covering the circular
Then, the insulation layer is coated on the outside of the
As such, the PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heating wire eliminates the need for bimetals and temperature sensors to prevent overheating and fire shock in existing heating wires, and minimizes the temperature controller components. In addition to saving raw materials, PTC heating wires can also be produced at low cost in three simple steps. In addition, the electromagnetic wave and the magnetic field generated by the PTC heating wire are completely blocked so that the human body is not affected.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides the
