Abstract

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a high efficiency magnetizing yoke, wherein in a magnetizing yoke composed of radially arranged single row yoke teeth and two row yoke teeth positioned to correspond to the rear of the first row yoke teeth, the coils are serially arranged in a single row yoke value. It is wound on, and moved from the middle coil to the two-row yoke value and wound in series, so that the magnet magnetization amount is increased as the magnetizing pulse is applied to the magnet twice.

Description

High efficiency magnetized yoke {HIGH EFFICIENCY MAGNETIZING YOKE}

The present invention relates to a step motor, and more particularly to a magnetizing yoke of a step motor used to magnetize the magnet of the rotor.

As is well known, in a step motor, the excitation condition of the yoke of the stator covering the magnet of the rotor changes with respect to the input pulse signal, and the rotor rotates at a predetermined angle for each changing step cycle so as to rotate the output shaft. .

These step motors do not accumulate with a small angular error per step, so the response of start, stop, forward and reverse rotation is good, and the rotation speed is variable in proportion to the input frequency of the input pulse signal. Rotational speed control is possible.

Referring to FIG. 1, the magnet 10 of the small step motor as described above is inserted in the inner diameter portion of the magnetized yoke 20 having ten yoke teeth 21, and the yoke teeth 21. As the magnetization pulse is applied to the coil 22 wound in one row, the outer circumferential surface is magnetized into a plurality of N-pole and S-poles corresponding to each of the yoke values 21 of the magnetizing yoke 20 and bordering each other. .

In such a structure of the magnetizing yoke 20 and the connection method of the series coil 22 in one row, there is a limit in increasing the magnet magnetization amount when magnetizing.

The present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned conventional problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a high efficiency magnetizing yoke for a two-coil coil connection to increase the magnetization amount to the magnet.

As an example of the high efficiency magnetizing yoke according to the present invention, in a step motor, in a magnetizing yoke composed of one-row yoke teeth radially formed at regular intervals and two-row yoke teeth positioned to correspond to the rear of the first-row yoke teeth, respectively, Is wound one by one row of yoke values, moved from the middle coil to two rows of yoke values, and is sequentially wound. The coils are integrally wound on one row of yoke values and two rows of yoke values and insulated using insulating materials.

The high efficiency magnetizing yoke according to the present invention is a double coil winding of one row and two rows, and the magnet magnetization amount is increased as the magnetization pulse of the coil is applied to the magnet twice, so that the life of the magnetizing yoke is extended because a low voltage may be used for the coil. In addition, even if a low grade of magnet is used, the magnetization is good, thereby reducing the cost.

What has been described herein is just one embodiment for carrying out the high-efficiency magnetizing yoke according to the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and the subject matter of the present invention is claimed in the following claims. Without departing from the scope of the present invention, any person having ordinary skill in the art will have the technical spirit of the present invention to the extent that various modifications can be made.

1 is a plan view of a conventional magnetized yoke
2 is a plan view of a high efficiency magnetizing yoke according to the present invention;
3 is a perspective view of a high efficiency magnetizing yoke according to the present invention;
4 is a circuit diagram of a high efficiency magnetizing yoke according to the present invention.

2, the high efficiency magnetizing yoke 50 according to the present invention is located so as to correspond to the ten one-row yoke teeth 52 formed radially at regular intervals and the rear of the one-row yoke teeth 52, respectively. It consists of ten two-row yoke teeth 55.

Referring to FIG. 3, the coil 53 is wound in series with a single row yoke value 52, and is moved from the middle coil 54 to a second row yoke value 55 to be wound in series. Since the coil 53 is a single strand, the coil wound on the first row yoke value 52 and the coil wound on the second row yoke value 55 are connected in series, and the circuit diagram thereof is as shown in FIG. 4.

The coil 53 is integrally wound around the first row of yoke teeth 52 and the second row of yoke teeth 55 and then insulated using an insulating material such as epoxy.

As the magnetizing pulse is applied to the magnet in a double manner in the structure of the magnetizing yoke 50 and the two-column series coil 53, the magnet magnetizing amount is increased.

Due to such a structure, the magnetization amount increases, so that a low voltage may be used for the coil 53, so that the life of the magnetizing yoke 50 is extended, and even though a magnet having a low grade is used, the magnetization is good. It will work.

Moreover, compared with the conventional single single-coil winding method, the experiment showed that the magnetization value was increased by about twice.

53: coil 54: middle coil
55: second row yoke
