Description

Push Switch Assembly

The present invention relates to a push switch assembly, and more particularly, to a push switch assembly capable of reducing a quality defect rate by preventing light emitted from a light control unit installed to secure night visibility of a pusher in a direction other than a specific direction.

In general, a vehicle is provided with a number of functional operation units for the convenience of the user, and a plurality of switch assemblies are arranged to generate an electrical signal so that the user can operate the functional operation unit in a simple operation.

Among the plurality of switch assemblies, in particular, the audio and video system installed in the vehicle may be configured as a push switch assembly so as to be operated by simply pressing and arranging on one side of a steering wheel that is easily accessible to a driver in addition to the main function switch unit.

Here, in order to ensure the visibility of the user at night, the push switch assembly may be provided with a light control unit for generating and emitting light having a predetermined illuminance.

However, the push switch assembly according to the prior art, the light emitted from the dimming portion must be diverged and diverged in the pusher side, that is, the specific direction to operate the part that is operated by the user directly press, the push made of a combination of various complex parts There are many cases of poor quality due to light leakage between the gaps of the respective parts of the switch assembly, and there is a problem of initially fading the visibility securing function at night.

The present invention has been made to solve the above technical problem, and prevents the light emitted from the dimming unit to be leaked in a direction other than a specific direction, and pushes the quality is improved by guiding divergence in a specific direction It is an object to provide a switch assembly.

According to the present invention, a push switch assembly includes an insulator coupled to one side of a steering wheel, a printed circuit board installed in the insulator and including a dimming unit for emitting light and a circuit unit for generating a predetermined electrical signal; A knob assembly manipulated by a user to generate a predetermined electrical signal through a circuit portion formed on a printed circuit board, a body coupled to the insulator, and which mediates installation of the knob assembly to be pressed and moved; And a body cover coupled to the insulator to partially expose the outside and shield the body from the outside, wherein the knob assembly prevents light leakage from the dimming part and in a specific one direction. Guiding leakage preventing ribs are formed.

Here, the knob assembly, the pusher is exposed to the outside to allow the user to contact with the lower portion of the pusher to be moved toward the circuit portion while being interlocked with the pusher, and the tension projection is engaged with the body when removing the external force It includes a holder formed, the light leakage preventing rib, may be formed to surround the tension protrusion of the holder inward.

The tension protrusion may be made of an elastic material that is elastically deformed when the holder is mounted to the body, and the tension protrusion and the light leakage preventing rib are formed to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance so as not to interfere when the tension protrusion is elastically deformed. Can be.

In addition, a lower end of the light leakage preventing rib may be formed to extend to a height at least lower than the top height of the dimming part when removing the external force on the holder.

In addition, the light control unit may be provided to emit light toward the pusher.

In addition, the light leakage preventing rib, it is preferable to extend toward the pusher so that the light emitted from the dimming portion toward the pusher.

The push switch assembly according to the present invention has the effect of ensuring night visibility by emitting light emitted from the light control part to the pusher side which the user directly manipulates.

In addition, the push switch assembly according to the present invention has the effect of improving the quality because it is possible to prevent the light from the dimming portion divergent in a direction other than a specific direction.

The push switch assembly 1 according to the invention comprises an insulator 40 coupled to one side of a steering wheel (not shown), as referenced in FIGS. 1 and 2. The insulator 40 is made of an insulating material to prevent a short circuit with a predetermined electrical signal generated from a circuit portion of the printed circuit board 50 to be described later.

Above the insulator 40, a dimming part 55a for emitting light and a circuit part for generating various electric signals (means including all nominal electric signal generating parts such as circuit terminals, not indicated). The printed circuit board 50 is installed.

On the other hand, a knob assembly (20a ~ 20c) which is operated by the user to generate a predetermined electrical signal through the circuit portion is disposed on the printed circuit board 50 (PCB: Plastic Circuit Board).

Although not shown in detail in the drawing, the knob assembly 20a to 20c may be configured to be in contact with the circuit part, may be configured to be in contact with a contact terminal part (not shown) connected to the circuit part, and the circuit part Alternatively, the electric current is generated by being in contact with the contact terminal unit, thereby generating a predetermined electrical signal for operating a plurality of functional operation units (not shown) installed in the vehicle to be operated by the user.

Meanwhile, the push switch assembly 1 according to the present invention is coupled to the insulator 40 and the body 30 which mediates the installation so that the knob assembly 20a to 20c can be pressed and moved when the user exerts an external force. And a body cover coupled to the insulator 40 to expose a portion of the knob assembly 20a-20c, in particular the pusher 21, described below, to shield the body 30 from the outside. It further includes (10).

A plurality of knob assemblies 20a to 20c may be coupled to the body 30 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The knob assembly 20a to 20c may be provided with unique push-type knob assemblies 20a and 20b which are moved by a user pressing by using a finger or the like, and the user moves back and forth or left and right by using a finger or the like. It may be provided with a sliding knob assembly (20c) to move in the movement.

A plurality of mounting holes 11a and 11b may be formed in the body cover 10 so that the plurality of knob assemblies 20a to 20c may be inserted into the body cover 10.

As shown in FIG. 3, the knob assembly 20a to 20c may be connected to the pusher 21 which is exposed to the outside so as to be contacted by a user and disposed under the pusher 21 to be interlocked with the circuit part or the In addition to the movement toward the contact terminal, it may be configured to include a holder 23 is formed with a tension projection 25 is engaged with the body 30 when removing the external force provided by the user.

The holder 23 is one of the knob assembly (20a ~ 20c) is completed by the operation of the fixing projection 29 formed on the outer surface is coupled to the fixing hole 27 formed to pass through the pusher 21.

The tension protrusion 25 is provided at the lower end of the holder 23 for coupling with the body 30. When the user presses the pusher 21, the tensioner 25 together with the pusher 21 is attached to the holder ( 23 is pressed in conjunction with the function to generate a predetermined electrical signal while moving downwards, and when the user removes the external force, the pusher 21 and the holder (up) by the elastic force of the elastic member not shown It is a part for locking the holder 23 to the body 30 when the 23 is moved to the original position.

The tension protrusion 25 is preferably made of an elastic material so that when the first user assembles the holder 23 to the body 30, the tension protrusion 25 is elastically engaged in the engaging hole (not shown) formed in the body 30. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tension protrusion 25 is not made of a different material from the holder 23, but formed of the same material as the holder 23, the material unique to the holder 23 It is formed to have a predetermined gap (see reference numeral “a” in FIG. 3) so as to utilize the image elastic force.

However, the gap A formed on both sides of the tension protrusion 25 is a portion where the leakage of light emitted from the dimming portion 55a is concerned. That is, when the pusher 21 is restored to its original position by the elastic member, light emitted from the dimming part 55a is leaked between the gaps, so that the pusher 21 is originally arranged in the direction in which the pusher 21 is disposed. In addition to weakening of the light to be irradiated, light emitted from the dimming part 55a is also observed in other parts.

Therefore, in one preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems at once, the knob assembly 20a to 20c prevents light leakage of the light emitted from the dimming part 55a and a specific one direction ( In particular, an anti-leakage rib 30 is formed to guide the pusher 21 to the upper side thereof.

Here, the light leakage preventing rib 30 is preferably formed to surround the tension protrusion 25 of the holder 23 inward. That is, the light leakage preventing rib 30 is formed in a substantially "c" shape on the inner surface of the holder 23, the tension protrusions 25 so that all the gaps of the tension protrusions 25 are shielded from the inside. It is formed in a shape wrapped around the inside.

On the other hand, the tension projections 25, as described above, is made of an elastic material that is elastically deformed when the holder 23 is mounted to the body 30. The tension protrusion 25 and the light leakage preventing rib 30 may be formed to be spaced apart a predetermined distance so as not to interfere when the tension protrusion 25 is elastically deformed.

In addition, a lower end of the light leakage preventing rib 30 is at least the jaw when the pusher 21 and the holder 23 are moved upward and restored to their original positions when the external force on the holder 23 is removed. It extends to a height lower than the top height of the miner 55a. Since the lower end of the light leakage preventing rib 30 extends to a height lower than the top height of the dimming part 55a, light leakage through the lower end of the light leakage preventing rib 30 may be blocked in advance.

On the other hand, the light control unit 55a is preferably configured to emit light toward the pusher 21. That is, the light leakage preventing rib 30 extends toward the pusher 21 so that light emitted from the dimming part 55a is directed toward the pusher 21, and is emitted from the dimming part 55a. It serves to guide the light.

Referring to the accompanying drawings (particularly, Figure 6) the operation of the push switch assembly 1 according to the present invention configured as described above is as follows.

When the user applies power to the vehicle, the dimmer 55a emits light upward toward the pusher 21 side.

Here, light emitted from the dimming part 55a is guided upward through the light leakage preventing ribs 30 formed on the left and right sides of the inner surface of the holder 23, and at the same time, the tension is prevented by the light leakage preventing ribs 30. Light leakage to the gap between the protrusions 25 can be prevented.

Therefore, since the light emitted from the dimming part 55a does not leak in a direction other than the specific direction in which the pusher 21 is disposed, more powerful light is supplied and diverged to the pusher 21 to secure night visibility of the user. In addition, it has the advantage of improving the quality.

In the above, a preferred embodiment of the push switch assembly according to the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, embodiments of the present invention are not necessarily limited thereto, and it is natural that various modifications and equivalents can be made by those skilled in the art. Therefore, the true scope of the present invention will be defined by the claims below.
