Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a gas leak prevention device for water seals, and more particularly, to a gas leak prevention device for water seals that can prevent the leakage of gas to reduce the risk of safety accidents.
In general, a water sealing valve is a device that blocks the movement of gas delivered along a gas pipe as the head pressure of the sealing water.
Blast furnace gas, converter gas and coke gas generated in the steelworks are moved through the gas piping.
Since these gases are very flammable and toxic, it is necessary to be very careful to prevent the outflow of the gas during water sealing work in which the water is filled with water to block the movement of the gas.
The above technical configuration is a background art for helping understanding of the present invention, and does not mean a conventional technology well known in the art.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a gas leakage preventing device for a water sealing valve, which can improve the operation reliability and safety by blocking the leakage of gas that may occur during the water sealing work of the water sealing valve.
