Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a convection circulation type electric boiler, and more particularly, by using a convection phenomenon generated from the temperature difference between the temperature of the water discharged by heating and the temperature of the water returned after heating, the heating water can be circulated without additional power or energy consumption. To a convection circulation electric boiler.
A boiler is a method in which heated water generally provides warmth as it moves along heating pipes, and the above-described heating pipes provide a variety of warmth by providing long heat pipes in a limited area and sufficient heat exchange with the object being heated. Apply the pipe layout structure of the shape.
The pipe arrangement structure described above may include a meandering shape in which heating pipes are repeatedly arranged in an 'S' shape or a track shape in which a plurality of 'U' shape heating pipes are arranged in a plurality of tracks, such as a track on a playground. have.
However, in the meandering heating pipe, when bubbles are generated when the water is boiled together with the water from the boiler, the air bubbles interfere with the water for heating.
And since the temperature of the heating pipe which forms the track of the outer side which has a relatively long circulation distance compared with the inside of a track-shaped heating pipe is low, the water in the heating pipe which forms the track of the inner side with short circulation distance circulates as it is, and a boiler When returning to, the temperature difference between the water discharged from the boiler and the returned water is not high, which causes trouble in circulation due to convection.
The present invention devised to improve the above problems is to provide a convection circulation type electronic boiler to allow a smooth circulation of the heating water by giving a temperature deviation between the water discharged and the water returned after heating to facilitate a smooth convection circulation. Related.
In addition, the present invention relates to providing a convection circulation type electronic boiler that does not require a separate power for circulation of the heating water and enables efficient use of energy.
The convection circulation type electric boiler according to the present invention includes a heating tank provided with a drain port through which heated water is discharged and a return port through which discharged water is returned, and the aforementioned drain port side end and the aforementioned return port side end are disposed higher than the center part. The water discharged from the above-described drain port so that the air bubbles contained in the water are branched in parallel in a plurality of strands, and each of the branched ends is U-turned to the above-mentioned return port side to join a point while forming a plurality of tracks. The hot water pipe of the aforementioned hot water pipe is mounted between the pipe and the end portion of each of the tracks forming the hot water pipe described above and the aforementioned water outlet so that the temperature difference between the water returned through the inner and outer tracks of the plurality of hot water pipes is reduced. And a confluencer for joining the above-mentioned return port side end portion to one point, wherein the above-mentioned drain hole is moved on the side of the above-described heating tank. A water exchange is formed higher guboda can be applied a structure in which the above-described cycle a heating tank to the above-described hot water by the heat convection of water.
As described above, the convection circulation type electronic boiler according to the present invention has the following advantages.
First, it adopts a structure of a plurality of track-shaped hot water pipes, which are heated from a heating tank and branched into a plurality of places, and then merged into a confluencer. By forming the temperature difference, the circulation of the heating water according to the natural convection phenomenon is possible.
In addition, it is not necessary to provide a pump that circulates the heating water separately. If only a power source is provided to heat the water to an appropriate temperature, the convection of water according to the temperature difference causes continuous circulation, thereby eliminating unnecessary power consumption and efficient energy consumption. Can be managed by

On the other hand, the
