Description

천공형 카본 면상발열체와 그 제조방법 { Heating element }Perforated carbon planar heating element and its manufacturing method {Heating element}

The carbon heating element was first developed in the United States 30 years ago, but nano technology and paste manufacturing technology were not utilized, but nowadays, the electrode is made of silver (Ag) / copper (Cu) and the heat generating part is carbon paste / carbon. It is used in many heating elements of the industry by using fibers and the like.

This heating element is mainly provided in the form of film on the sheet of thin PET, PE, etc. by using the material property that carbon is well fused to the resin and generates heat for electricity, and is used as a heating element for heating. Typically, this is called a "planar heating element", and a product composed of a heating element by impregnating carbon on a fiber such as cotton yarn is called a "carbon fiber heating element", and the carbon fiber and carbon paste are provided by molding a silicon or PVC material as an electric wire. The heating element is called a "heating cable".

In addition, as one of the carbon heating elements, a "heating composition" in which a polymer application material, which is a polymer electric and electronic material, is dispersed and mixed with a conductive material (carbon black, metal powder, graphite, etc.) of fine particles and a solvent, and generates heat only within a proper temperature (high temperature). "PTC heating material" is provided to increase the ground resistance value and stop the heating by itself.

As the main material of the carbon heating element, carbon black / fullerene / carbon navotube is used, and is developed and provided as {ink / coating material / impregnating agent / melting agent / fusing agent}.

In the structure of the planar heating element used in the related art, the upper and lower portions of the sheet surface are completely sealed, and it is troublesome to attach to the heat generating construction part and the object.

In particular, when constructing wall insulation / ondol floor / freeze-resistant asphalt / playground floor, in order to mortar or plaster the upper finishing material, auxiliary means for another attachment / adhesion should be used, and in case of applying to general heating products It is the same.

The present invention is different from the planar heating element manufacturing method, the heat dissipation ability is excellent, and to provide a carbon heating element that can be easily installed in the heating portion of the heating product or building / civil engineering.
