Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stamp set, and more particularly, to a decorative stamp set having a structure for performing various patterns of stamping on sheet members such as decorative paper or cards, labels, stationery, fabrics, and the like.
In general, the stamp includes a handle portion for holding, and a pattern portion of rubber material fixed to the lower surface of the handle portion. The pattern portion is attached to the lower surface of the handle portion by an adhesive or the like, and has a specific pattern of embossed relief (or intaglio) to provide a stamping pattern unique to the stamp.
As described above, the conventional stamp is configured such that the pattern portion and the handle portion are substantially integrally formed, so that one stamp has a limitation that only one stamping pattern can be provided. Therefore, in order to decorate the sheet member by combining a plurality of different patterns, all the plurality of stamps corresponding to the patterns must be prepared, resulting in a large economic burden and a very inconvenient work.
In addition, when the conventional stamp is to form a multi-color stamping pattern by embedding several colors of ink in one pattern portion, the operator must manually color the corresponding portions of the pattern portion using a brush, etc. There is a problem that the quality of the stamping is irregular depending on proficiency, ability, or mistakes.
Alternatively, a stamp product having a structure in which the pattern portion is detachably coupled to the handle portion by silicon has been released. However, as the stamp is repeatedly removed from the pattern portion, the adhesion force of the silicon gradually decreases, and eventually the pattern portion is removed from the handle portion. There is a disadvantage of permanent separation.
On the other hand, the conventional stamp is not easy to precisely align the pattern portion to the stamping target point due to the nature to set the stamping position by eye catching work to decorate the edge of the sheet member by repeatedly forming the same stamping pattern continuously Is virtually impossible to implement.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a stamp set having a means for guiding a stamp so as to stamp patterns of different patterns in a combination or continuously stamp patterns. have.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a stamp set having a structure capable of performing a stamping operation by applying a substantially constant force in the sheet member direction.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a stamp set having a structure capable of detachably coupling pattern portions of different patterns to handle portions.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a jig provided with a guide area for guiding the progress of the stamp; A base supporting the jig and providing a supporting surface to supply the sheet member to be stamped with the guide region; And a stamp having a body coupled to the guide area and having an embossed or intaglio pattern corresponding to a stamping pattern.
The jig may include a transparent plate having one edge end hinged to the base, and the guide region may be provided by a stamp receiving hole formed in the transparent plate so that the stamp passes therethrough.
The stamp set may further include a magnet member installed on at least one of the jig and the base to provide mutual pulling force between the jig and the base.
One of the inner wall of the stamp receiving hole and the side of the stamp may be formed with a guide protrusion extending in the advancing direction of the stamp, and the other side may be formed with a guide groove into which the guide protrusion may be fitted.
The stamp is a handle portion; And a pattern part detachably coupled to one surface of the handle part by a magnetic force, and the embossed or intaglio pattern formed on one surface thereof.
A magnet member is installed in the handle part, and a ring-shaped or quadrangular magnetizing member which is attachable to the magnet member and whose center coincides with the center of the pattern part may be embedded in the pattern part.
It is preferable that a stepped structure is formed on the side of the handle portion, and the stepped structure spans the upper surface of the jig while the pattern portion is in contact with the surface of the sheet member to provide a stopping function.
According to the present invention, since the sheet member can be fixed to the jig to accurately stamp the desired position, it can be used for stamping by combining patterns of different patterns or continuously stamping the patterns to provide various visual effects.
In addition, according to the present invention there is provided a removable stamp that can change the stamping pattern by detaching only the pattern portion in accordance with the user's selection has the advantage of ease of use and reduce the economic burden.

11 shows in detail the stamping process performed by a stamp set according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. According to the stamp set according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention as shown in Figure 11 (a) to (b), the process of fixing the sheet member by closing the jig after putting the sheet member on the base by flipping the jig; As shown in (c) to (d) of 11, the ink is applied to the pattern portion of the stamp, and then the pattern portion is joined to the handle portion, and as shown in (e) to (f) of FIG. The process of pressing and stamping is performed while being coupled to the stamp receiving hole. FIG. 11G illustrates a process of adding a new pattern to a pre-formed stamping pattern by performing the above processes in a state in which a pattern portion different from the pattern portion is applied to a stamp.
As described above, the stamp set according to the present invention can perform stamping accurately at a desired position in a state where the sheet member is stably fixed to a jig. Or by stamping patterns continuously, it can provide a variety of designs or decorative effects.
Although the present invention has been described above by means of limited embodiments and drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto and will be described below by the person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains.
