내부에 탄력성의 쿠션부재(10)를 갖고 쿠션부재(10)를 외부에서 감싸는 외피(20)로 구성되는 베개몸체(2)가 형성되고, 베개몸체(2)에 결합되어 손목에 신축되게 고정되는 신축고정띠(23)가 형성되는 팔 베개(1)에 있어서;
상기 쿠션부재(10)는 재질이 메모리폼이고, 일측에는 내부로 휴대폰과 같은 알람장치(30)가 삽입되는 알람장치삽입요부(11)가 형성되며, 알람장치삽입요부(11)에서 상면으로는 다수 개의 소리전달통공(12a)이 형성된 소리전달부(12)가 형성되어서 이루어지고;
