본 고안은 낚시를 할 때 낚싯대를 계속 손으로 들고 있어야 함으로써 오는 여러가지의 불편함을 해결하기 위하여 만든 케이스로, 낚싯대의 가장 아랫부분(8)이 쉽게 삽입될 수 있도록 입구가 열린 형태를 하고 있고, 주머니(3) 상부와 하부에 각각 허리와 허벅지에 찰 수 있는 벨트(5, 6)를 단추(4) 등으로 고정한 것을 특징으로 한다.
