강 가나 해변가, 낚시터나 캠팸핑장 등에서 휴식을 취할 때 사용할 수 있는 접이식 의자 겸용 침대에 관한 것으로 U자형으로 벤딩된 4개의 프레임을 서로 결합 시키되 이 프레임을 접거나 펼치는 방법에 따라 의자나 침대의 뼈대(프레임)가 되도록 함으로서 1개의 제품으로 의자로, 또는 침대로 사용할 수 있는 접이식 의자 겸용 침대이다.
이 프레임에 천 또는 그물망으로 된 바닥재를 장착하며 이 바닥재의 양 옆에 로프를 연결하고 이 로프에 샤클이 다린 체인을 연결하여 침대 상태에서 이 체인을 당겨주면 프레임이 젖혀져 의자 형태가 되게 하고 샤클을 로프에 걸어줌으로서 으자 형태가 고정되도록 한다.
