Abstract

본 고안은 선박 엔진용 CHAIN GUIDE BAR 제작을 보다 쉽고 빠르며, 안전하게 하기 위한 개선된 PRESS기로 하나의 PRESS기에 서로 다른 3종의 금형을 고정 장착하여 제품 취출을 위해 수작업으로 상부 금형을 들어 올리는 인적 손실을 줄였으며, 한번의 PRESS기 작업으로 3종의 다른 제품을 생산할 수 있다.
더 나아가 각각의 금형에 다양한 틀을 삽입하여 제작함으로써 하나의 금형에서도 여러 크기의 제품을 생산할 수 있으며, 하부 금형에 제품 취출용 SPRING을 장착하여 보다 손쉬운 제품 취출이 가능하여졌으며, SPRING 삽입 HOLE 이 GAS빼기 HOLE 역할을 동시에 하여 GAS 발생으로 인한 불량품 수가 현저히 감소하였다.
보다 궁극적인 목표였던 생산성 향상과 수작업으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 위험을 사전에 예방할 수 있어 "안전제일 하에 작업의 신속성 극대화" 효과를 가져 올 수 있다.

본 고안을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 나열하자면 당사 기준 작업 방법 6,7(상하부 히터판)에 8,9(상하부 금형)를 밀어 넣고 하나의 제품을 생산한 후 8(상부 금형)을 수작업으로 들어 올려 제품을 취출하고, 또 8(상부 금형)을 수작업으로 들어 올려 닫는 방식을 되풀이 하였으나,현재의 작업 방식은 6,7(상하부 히터판)에 길이는 동일하지만 약간의 폭이 다른 금형 3종을 6,7(상하부 히터판)에 BOLT'G 처리하여 한번의 작업으로 각각 다른 길이/폭을 가진 3종의   The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
