Abstract
The present invention relates to a sliding door, and more particularly, to a sliding door having a simple structure, a low manufacturing cost, significantly reducing operating noise, easy installation, and excellent durability.
To this end, the present invention comprises a door frame in which the guide rail is inserted into three guide grooves formed horizontally at intervals along the longitudinal direction; A center door coupling member having a wire coupled to the rollers provided at both sides thereof and having a center door installed thereon; Two side door coupling members, one side of which is coupled to the other side of the connection piece fixed to the wire of the center door coupling member, and both doors are respectively installed; And a sliding member connected to the coupling members and installed on the guide rail of the door frame and sliding.
Description
The present invention relates to a sliding door, and more particularly, to a sliding door having a simple structure, convenient installation, low cost, and small operation noise, and excellent durability.
Generally, sliding doors are opened and closed by sliding the doors along the grooves of the door frames and sliding doors are divided into two sliding doors, one sliding door consisting of one pair of doors.
Specifically, the sliding door is mainly provided with two or more doors fixed to the door frame fixed to the wall, such as a building, the rail is provided in the door frame to guide the linear movement of the installed door. For example, a roller (doorcar) is mounted on the guide rail of the upper frame, and the door is coupled to the door frame so that the groove of the door is coupled to the guide of the lower frame.
In addition, rollers (doorcars) commonly called pulleys are installed on the doors corresponding to the rails installed in the door frames at regular intervals, and when a force is applied in one direction of the doors, the doors move as the rollers (doorcars) roll on the rails. While opening and closing.
On the other hand, recently, a casement door has been developed in which doors connected by wires are interlocked with each other. However, a structure for connecting doors to each other has been complicated, and noise due to movement of a door car is generated.
In other words, the number of parts at the time of manufacture is expensive and difficult to install, and there was a problem in that the durability is revealed by frequent use.
In addition, in order to install the door frame on the wall, and the like to install the frame for fixing the door frame to the wall in advance, there was a problem that the installation cost and work maneuver increases.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, the door is interlocked, opened and closed by a wire with a simple structure, the production cost is low and operation noise is significantly reduced, wall fixing door frame and rail integrated Its purpose is to provide a sliding door that is easy to install and excellent in durability.
Sliding door of the present invention for achieving the above object is a door frame in which the guide rail is inserted into three guide grooves formed horizontally at intervals along the longitudinal direction; A center door coupling member having a wire coupled to the rollers provided at both sides thereof and having a center door installed thereon; Two side door coupling members, one side of which is coupled to the other side of the connection piece fixed to the wire of the center door coupling member, and both doors are respectively installed; And a sliding member connected to the coupling members and installed on the guide rail of the door frame and sliding.
Here, the sliding projections protrude horizontally on both sides of the connection piece, characterized in that the guide groove into which the sliding projections are inserted on both sides of the coupling members.
Preferably, the side end portion of the connecting piece is characterized in that the fixing groove is formed is inserted into the wire.
More preferably, both sides of one side of the coupling member is characterized in that the insertion portion is provided with a flock.
Preferably, the door frame is made of wood, the guide rail is made of aluminum, the sliding member is characterized in that made of a synthetic resin material.
Sliding door of the present invention configured as described above, first, the structure is simple, can reduce the total number of parts, the production cost is low, second, the operation noise is significantly reduced due to the soft door sliding, third, the convenient effect, easy to quickly install the wall Exert.
