Abstract
본 고안은 싱크대에 부착하여 사용하는 음식물처리기의 전원을 안전하고 효과적으로 단속할 수 있는 장치를 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 싱크대의 특성상 항상 물을 사용한다는 점과 싱크대에 직접부착하여 사용하는 음식물처리기는 전기를 사용한다는 점이 상충하여 안전문제의 해결이 중요한 사안이다.
종래의 터치스위치는 도1)의 ④센스선 없이 ①스위치 본체에 ⑤센스단자가 직접 부착되어 있으므로 물을 사용하는 부근에서 사용시 본체가 물에 노출되어 있어 누전 감전의 위험이 항상 따르는 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 도1)의 ④센스선으로 센스단자를 ①본체에서 분리시키므로 본체는 물에 노출되지 않는 곳에 두고도 센스를 접촉함으로 안전하게 전원의 단속이 용이하도록 개선하였다.
