Abstract
The present invention relates to a U bolt for electric pole roots, and to prevent corrosion of the washer and nut fixing the steel U bolts and the U bolts used to connect the foundation of electric poles installed in the ground with concrete roots. A corrugated cylindrical tube of synthetic resin (Fig. 3, Fig. 2, 4) on the U-shaped portion of the U-bolt (Fig. 2, Fig. 2) of the U-bolt covered with the U-shaped sheath (Fig. 2, Fig. 2). And overlap with the coated end of the coated U bolt, insert the washer (Fig. 3 Fig. 2) into the lower part of the tube, tighten the U bolt with a nut (Fig. 3 Fig. 2) and fix the U bolt. Insert the hexagonal tube of synthetic resin (Fig. 3 in Fig. 2) from the end of the nut onto the nut head and tapping (10 in Fig. 3 in Fig. 3) to prevent corrosion due to moisture penetration of the contact area. Iterative reuse It will have to function.
Description
(1) The present invention is to cover the U-shaped portion of the U bolt and the I-shaped portion of the U bolt (Fig. 3 Figure 2) for the U-bolt for the root pole used to fix the root price to the pole and the washer and nut for fixing it 8) is to insert a tube of synthetic resin (Fig. 3 Figure 2 4) to prevent corrosion due to foreign matter contact and moisture penetration by tapping, so that it can be reused while maintaining the same characteristics as the current U bolt. In detail, when connecting the foundation part of electric poles buried in the ground and concrete base for electric poles, I-shaped part of U bolt which is covered with synthetic resin material on U-shaped part of near-use U-bolt used is not wrinkled of synthetic resin material. The cylindrical tube is inserted, the overlapping portion of the U-bolt covering and the corrugated cylindrical tube is tapped, and the metal washer is placed on the lower part of the corrugated cylindrical tube (Fig. 3 4-2 in Fig. 3). Tighten the metal nut and tighten the metal nut to fix the root, and then tighten the hexagonal tube of synthetic resin material (Fig. 3, Fig. 2) from the end of the U bolt to the top of the nut head (Fig. 5, Fig. 1). After inserting, tapping (10 in Fig. 3 of Fig. 3) to prevent corrosion of moisture in the nut head and tube contact points and the nut and washer contact points is necessary to prevent corrosion. The nut can be unwound without damaging the U bolt (Fig. 5, Fig. 2, 2), so that it is possible to reuse the coated U-bolt for front and back muscles.
(2) When the pole is to be moved, install the pole value about 0.5M below the surface of the pole, and in consideration of the tension direction applied to the support by the power line and the wind pressure, install the concrete pole in the direction of the line alternately left and right. In states and human states, the root value should be firmly mounted using the U-bolt for the pole in the tension direction.
(3) The current U-bolt installed under the pole and the washer and nut fixing it are made of steel, and the material is buried underground. Therefore, the nut is tightening the U bolt when the pole is removed when corrosion occurs due to moisture penetration and foreign material contact. Due to the corrosion of the U-bolts and damage to the work and U bolts can not be reused there is a problem that must be disposed of as waste.
(4) The present invention is to solve the problems as described above, put a coating of synthetic resin on the U-shape of the U-bolt so that the U-bolt for the main root and the washer and nut for fixing it do not corrode and do not come into contact with foreign matter. Insert the corrugated cylindrical tube made of synthetic resin into the I-shaped part of the U-bolt uncovered and tapping it at the contact point with the coated part to prevent moisture penetration and insert the cylindrical washer under the corrugated cylindrical tube made of the synthetic resin. Tighten the U bolts and insert a hexagonal tube made of synthetic resin with the bottom part closed from the end of the U bolt to the top of the nut head and tap the nut head and tubing from the contact point of the tube to the cylindrical washer head to prevent moisture penetration. The cover U bolt and washer and nut can be maintained in the same condition as when installed. A nut that can be released without damaging the pole and the U-bolts geunga it is possible to provide an electric pole geunga U- bolts and repeatedly reused.
(5) The corrugated shape of the synthetic resin material, which is covered with the synthetic resin material to prevent corrosion on the U-shaped part of the U-bolt (Figure 1 in Figure 2) currently made of steel, and the I-shaped part not covered by the U bolt. Insert the cylindrical tube (Fig. 3 4-1 in Fig. 2) so that it overlaps with the end of the U-bolt and tapping (Fig. 3 in Fig. 1) to prevent moisture penetration. 2), insert the U-bolt, and then penetrate the forearm root hole and expose it to the end of the corrugated cylindrical tube (Fig. 3 4-2 in Fig. 3) with a metal cylindrical washer (Fig. 3 Fig. 2). 5) Insert the end of the corrugated cylindrical tube (Fig. 3 4-2 of Fig. 2) and the end of the cylindrical washer (Fig. 2 5 of Fig. 3) overlapping each other to prevent moisture penetration. Tighten the U bolt by inserting a nut to the U-use bolt, and then nut head at the end of the U bolt. Insert the hexagonal tube (9 in Fig. 2) of the synthetic resin material with the bottom closed to the top, and tap the top of the nut head and the overlapping portion of the hexagonal tube to the contact point between the nut and the cylindrical washer (Fig. 3 in Fig. 3). Prevents penetration and prevents corrosion.
(6) As described above, according to the present invention, if the foreign material contact and moisture penetration are prevented on the washer and nut tightening the U bolt and U bolt fixing the electric pole root installed in the electric pole (Fig. 5, Fig. 2, 3). U bolts, washers and nuts can be kept in the same condition as when they are installed without being corroded, and the nut can be released without damaging the electric poles and U bolts when dismantling electric poles. Preventing waste generation can contribute to the creation of a green environment.

Is the end of the covering of the U-bolt and the end of the corrugated cylindrical tube (Fig. 2 in Fig. 3) to complete the taping ( 11 in Fig. 1 in Fig. 3) to prevent water penetration. After excavating the ground for buried work, transport the Jeonju neighborhood to the Jeonju area and hold the Jeonju neighborhood above the burial position.
(16) Insert both ends of the coated U bolt into the hole near the circumferential root (Fig. 2 of Fig. 5), and at the end of the corrugated cylindrical tube of synthetic resin material (Fig. 4-2 of Fig. 2 of Fig. 3), After passing through the U-bolt hole, it is exposed to the outside of the root. After inserting the metallic cylindrical washer (Fig. 2-5 in Fig. 3) into the end of the corrugated cylindrical tube (Fig. 2-4 in Fig. 3),
(17) After taping to prevent water penetration of the insertion part, the poles are conical, and the pole diameter increases as the pole goes downward, so that the poles of the coated U bolt are lowered to the embedding position in consideration of this (see Fig. 2 of Fig. 2 in Fig. 3). ), Then tighten the hexagonal tube (9 in Fig. 2 in Figure 3) of the synthetic resin material from the end of the coated U bolt to the top of the nut head and tap the hexagon tube and nut head contact part to the nut and washer contact part.
