Abstract
The present invention relates to a face protector which is prevented from fog.
The face protector which prevents misting of the present invention has a hole for securing a field of view, and is provided in the face of the face close contact with the face through a fixing strap that wraps and fixes the head, and is installed in the hole of the face of the face so as to protect the eyes. It is provided with a transparent icosahedron, the transparent icosahedron has a two-layer structure consisting of the inner skin and the outer shell, forming a convex portion along the rim of the endothelium so as to have a space between the endothelium and the outer shell and laminated the outer shell on the convex portion The space consists of an air inlet for communicating with the inside and the outside.
According to the present invention, the inner surface of the transparent surface is synchronized with the internal temperature and the outer surface of the transparent surface is synchronized with the external temperature by blocking the heat conduction inside and outside the transparent surface by providing two layers of transparent surface having a vacuum state therein to prevent the occurrence of steaming. It provides a face protector that prevents fog and prevents deformation due to temperature difference.
Description
The present invention relates to a face protector which is prevented from fog.
In general, the use of face protectors is gradually increasing the range of use in the relevant activities, such as military, fire and disasters, sports fields.
The face protector usually consists of a face close contact that closely adheres to the user's face, and a transparent face that is installed in the face close contact to secure a view from the face close contact. The main purpose of the face protector is to protect the face from external dangers. It is to ensure clear vision and to separate the inside and outside of the face protector by using a breathing filter to filter harmful substances or to breathe separately supplied air such as compressed air by using a respirator (regulator). It protects the user from aggression or harmful gas.
The problem steadily raised in the face protector is the Kim Seorim problem occurring in the transparent face.
Kim Seorim is caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the face protector, and there have been many studies that cause danger by covering the user's field of view.
For example, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2006-0121200 discloses a facial mask containing an antifogging / anti-glare composition coated with a transparent material of a face protector, which has a composition for reducing fogging and glare.
However, in the above technique, when the long-term exposure to the temperature difference between the inside and outside occurs, the fog is generated, and the composition must be periodically applied to reduce the fog, there is a problem that it is difficult to secure a clear field of view.
The present invention is to solve such a problem, by blocking the heat conduction inside and outside the transparent surface, the inner surface of the transparent surface is synchronized with the internal temperature and the outer surface is synchronized with the external temperature to prevent the occurrence of steaming crisp, even in a severe temperature difference environment It is to provide a face protector that prevents fogging can be secured.
In addition, the present invention provides a face protector that prevents mist from blocking harmful ultraviolet rays or high heat radiation by applying a UV blocking material (UV coating) to the inner surface of the transparent surface in contact with the space.
Another aspect of the present invention is to provide a face protector which prevents deformation of the face protector due to air expansion of an external temperature change.
The face protector which prevents the misting of the present invention for achieving the above object has a hole to secure the field of view and the face is in close contact with the face through a fixing strap for wrapping and fixing the head, and is installed in the hole of the face close to the field of view It is provided with a transparent polyhedron to protect the eyes while securing, the transparent polyhedron is arc-shaped and has a two-layer structure consisting of the endothelium and the outer shell, forming a convex portion along the rim of the endothelium so as to have a space between the endothelium and the outer shell. The outer shell is laminated to the convex portion, and the space includes an air intake port communicating with the inside and the outside.
Argon gas is further injected into the space.
In addition, the surface of the endothelial in contact with the space is characterized in that the sunscreen is further applied.
In addition, the face contact is characterized in that the respiratory filter is further installed to filter harmful substances.
In addition, the respiratory filter is characterized in that the respirator (regulator) using the compressed air is further installed.
The present invention by the above solving means is provided with a two-layered transparent surface having a vacuum state therein to block the heat conduction inside and outside the transparent surface, the inner surface of the transparent surface is synchronized with the internal temperature and the outer surface is synchronized with the external temperature It prevents the occurrence of the effect of clear vision even in the severe temperature difference effect.
It also has the effect of continuously blocking harmful ultraviolet rays and radiant heat by applying a sunscreen material on the inner surface of the transparent surface in contact with the space to keep the coating state stable.
In addition, there is an effect that the deformation of the face protector due to air expansion of the external temperature change is prevented.

As described above, the present invention is provided with a double-layered transparent surface having a vacuum therein to block heat conduction inside and outside the transparent surface, so that the inner surface of the transparent surface is synchronized with the internal temperature, and the outer surface is synchronized with the external temperature, thereby generating steaming. It prevents clear vision even in severe temperature differences.
According to the present invention, by blocking the heat conduction inside and outside the transparent surface, the inner surface of the transparent surface is synchronized with the internal temperature, and the outer surface is synchronized with the external temperature, thereby preventing the occurrence of fog and ensuring clear field of view even in a severe temperature difference. It is prevented by deformation, by applying a sunscreen material on the inner surface of the transparent surface in contact with the space to maintain a stable coating state to provide a face protector that prevents fogging of harmful ultraviolet rays and radiant heat is continued.
