Description

Heating wire {ELECTRICAL HEATING WIRE}

The present invention relates to an electric heating wire, and more particularly, by improving the structure of the heating wire used for a heating device such as an electric field plate, by uniformizing the resistance value of the inner coil, the heat generation can be made uniform, and durability and safety performance It relates to an electric heating wire that can be improved.

In general, the heating wire used for the electric sheet is manufactured to have good flexibility so as not to be damaged even in a repeated bending process.

1 is a cross-sectional view showing the prior art.

As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional heating wire P 'includes a screen 400' made of polyester and the like, and a primary coil 100 'wound in one direction on an outer circumferential surface of the screen 400'. An inner insulator 300 'coated on the primary coil 100', a secondary coil 200 'wound around an outer circumferential surface of the inner insulator 300', and an outer surface of the secondary coil 200 '. It consists of a silver foil 500 'coated on and an outer insulator 600' coated on an outer surface of the silver foil 500 '.

In this case, the inner insulator 300 'is generally made of nylon, and the outer insulator 600' is made of PVC.

The silver foil 500 'is used for the purpose of shielding electromagnetic waves.

However, in the prior art, when the heating wire is in a folded state, the resistance value is rapidly increased, while the heating efficiency is deteriorated, but there is a problem in that there is a risk of fire when left for a long time due to partial overheating.

This cause is presumed to cause a phenomenon in which the secondary coil and the silver foil are separated (floating phenomenon) in the folded portion of the heating wire, thereby causing the above problem.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the prior art, by forming a resin coating on the outer surface of the secondary coil, by coating the silver foil on the outer surface of the resin coating even if the heating wire is folded state of the foil paper and secondary It is intended to provide an electric heating wire in which the resistance value is always kept constant by the resin coating formed between the coils.

The object of the present invention described above is a screening made of synthetic fibers; A primary coil wound on the outer surface of the examination; An inner insulator coated on the primary coil; A secondary coil wound around an outer circumferential surface of the inner insulator; A resin coating coated on an outer surface of the secondary coil; Metal foil coated on the outer surface of the resin coating; It can be achieved by an electric heating line, characterized in that it comprises an outer insulator coated on the outer surface of the metal foil.

According to the present invention, since the resin coating is fixed so that the secondary coil is not lifted even in frequent folding operation, there is an effect that the reliability of the product can be improved by preventing overheating because it is constant without changing the resistance value.

1 is a cross-sectional view showing a prior art.
2 is a view showing an electric heating line according to the present invention.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2 is a view showing an electric heating line according to the present invention.

As shown in Figure 2, the electric heating wire according to the present invention,

Screening 400 of synthetic fibers; A primary coil 100 wound on an outer surface of the examination 400; An internal insulator 300 coated on the primary coil 100; A secondary coil 200 wound on an outer circumferential surface of the inner insulator 300; A resin coating 700 coated on an outer surface of the secondary coil 200; A metal foil sheet 500 coated on an outer surface of the resin coating 700; The outer insulator 600 is coated on the outer surface of the metal foil sheet 500.

The screen 400 is formed by twisting a plurality of strands of synthetic fibers of nylon or ester series or acrylic series, or by concentrating a plurality of strands.

The primary coil 100 is completed by winding a thin piece of copper material around the outer periphery of the screening 400 in a spiral shape.

The inner insulator 300 is coated with a predetermined thickness on the outer surface of the primary coil 100, and a synthetic resin material having insulation is suitable.

As an example of the internal insulator 300, polyethylene resin is preferable.

The secondary coil 200 is formed by spirally wound on the outer surface of the inner insulator 300. Accordingly, the primary coil 100 and the secondary coil 200 are prevented from shorting by preventing the mutual contact by interposing the internal insulator 300 therebetween.

The outer surface of the secondary coil 200 is coated with a synthetic resin again to form a resin coating 700.

As the material of the resin coating 700, F. C. and polyethylene are used. In particular, the present invention uses castor resin.

Castor resin is resin extracted from castor oil and has insulating property. It is preferable to use a brand name Pebax manufactured by ARKEMA Corporation.

The pebax has better heat resistance than the conventional PVC resin, and has excellent insulation and hardening resistance.

On the other hand, when power is applied to the primary coil 100 and the secondary coil 200, electromagnetic waves are generated at the same time as heat generation. Although there is no accurate research basis, it is estimated that the electromagnetic waves adversely affect the human body.

Therefore, in order to prevent the emission of electromagnetic waves, a metal foil sheet 500 having shielding performance is attached to the outer surface of the resin coating 700.

The metal foil 500 is a metal material having flexibility and is preferably made of silver or aluminum.

In addition, the metal foil 500 is formed by a plurality of protrusions 510 on the inner surface in contact with the resin coating 700 to prevent the metal foil 500 from slipping.

Alternatively, the metal foil 500 is formed with a valley 520 having a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction on the inner surface in contact with the resin coating 700 so that the metal foil 500 does not slip.

Alternatively, a plurality of protrusions (not shown) may be formed on the outer surface of the resin coating 700, which is also to prevent the metal foil 500 from slipping.

Heating wire (P) according to the present invention is buried in the electric blanket used, the resin coating 700 is fixed so that the secondary coil 200 is not lifted even in frequent folding operation, the conventional phenomenon of lifting the secondary coil 200 The problem of variation in resistance value can be solved.

Although the present invention has been described in connection with the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, it will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, all such modifications and modifications being attached It is obvious that the claims belong to the claims.
