Abstract

PURPOSE: An electric pad is provided to heat the lower part of the electric pad by the cooled upper part of the electric pad. CONSTITUTION: An electric pad performs both heating and cooling operation using a coil(1) and a thermoelectric elements(3,4). Heated air is evacuated through an air tube(2) which is installed between springs under the electric pad. Springs are placed at the lower part of the electric pad in order to prevent the crush of the electric pad.
