Claims (16)
- 바텀커버;
상기 바텀커버 위에 배열된 복수의 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 발광 모듈; 및
상기 바텀커버 및 상기 발광 모듈의 위에 몰딩되는 투광성의 수지층을 포함하는 라이트 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지층은 투명한 에폭시 또는 실리콘을 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지층에는 상기 바텀 커버의 바닥면에 대해 수직 방향으로 돌출된 시트 지지 돌기를 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바텀커버의 내 주변에는 상기 수지층을 고정하기 위한 고정 홈 또는 고정 돌기를 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지층은 상기 바텀 커버 위에 제1수지층; 상기 제1수지층 위에 상기 제1수지층의 굴절률과 다른 굴절률을 갖는 제2수지층을 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2수지층은 상기 제1수지층의 굴절률보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지층의 상면은 상기 발광 다이오드의 간격으로 배열된 렌즈 형상을 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 발광 다이오드는 상부 중앙이 함몰된 렌즈부를 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 상기 수지층 사이에 상기 발광 다이오드의 둘레에 형성된 반사 시트를 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지층에는 형광체, 산란제, 및 투명 재료 입자 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지층 위에 광 변환 형광 필름, 확산 시트, 프리즘 시트, 및 휘도 강화 시트 중 복수개를 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발광 다이오드는 상기 바텀커버 위에 탑재되며,
상기 바텀 커버는 메탈 코아 기판(MCPCB)인 라이트 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광 모듈은 상기 복수의 발광 다이오드가 배치된 기판을 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 발광 다이오드는 상기 기판 위에 칩 형태 또는 패키지 형태로 탑재되는 라이트 유닛.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 발광 다이오드는 각 칩이 상기 기판에 와이어로 본딩되며,
상기 수지층은 상기 와이어의 최상단보다 낮은 두께로 형성된 제1수지층과 상기 제1수지층 위에 상기 와이어를 커버하는 제2수지층을 포함하는 라이트 유닛. - 바텀커버;
상기 바텀커버의 내측에 배치되며, 기판 및 상기 기판 위에 배열된 복수의 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 발광 모듈;
상기 바텀커버 및 상기 발광 모듈의 위에 몰딩되는 투광성의 수지층;
상기 수지층 위에 광학 시트; 및
상기 광학 시트 위에 표시 패널을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
