Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cement bag, and more particularly, to a cement bag capable of visually confirming the degree of weathering of cement.
Cement is a material that can harden when kneaded with water or a solution to serve as a binder or adhesive, and is used in large quantities in civil engineering and construction sites. Such cements are generally sold and stored in sealed bags that can hold a certain amount.
When cement is combined with moisture, weathering occurs and it cannot be used. Cement weathering refers to a phenomenon in which moisture in the air is absorbed during cement storage to cause a hydration effect. When the cement is weathered, the strength decreases. Therefore, in order to prevent the weathering of the cement must be kept completely blocked from the outside, but it is impossible to physically be completely blocked from the outside. In particular, the material of the cement bag is made of paper and for ease of use, the opening and closing part is easy to open and close, so it is more difficult to block the outside.
Therefore, cement should be used as soon as possible on site. In particular, the method of measuring the weathering degree of cement was only a laboratory test, and it was not possible to find out how much the weathered cement was weathered at the actual cement site. Concrete standard specification standards require that cement stored in the field for more than three months is transferred to a laboratory to check its quality, but this is a waste of time and money, so it is frequently used to omit quality check. Degradation of cement quality degrades concrete and consequently causes poor construction.
According to the KS standard, the loss of cement is set at 3% or less. If the construction site can visually determine the weathering of the cement, the order of cement use can be determined according to the weathering of the stored cement, and the weathered cement can be sent to the factory without opening the bag and processed and reused. .
In addition, depending on the storage environment of the cement, weathering may proceed much three months ago, and the weathering progress may be slow even after three months. the cost occurs.
The present invention is to provide a cement bag that can visually confirm the degree of weathering.
In addition, the present invention is to provide a cement bag that can delay the weathering phenomenon.
Cement bag according to the present invention can be visually confirmed the weathering degree of the cement is formed on one side of the bag of the sensing window is packed with a knowledge medicine that changes color in response to moisture.
In the cement bag, a reference table indicating the weathering degree of cement according to the color of the knowledge medicine may be formed integrally with the sensing window or may be formed next to the sensing window.
The outer side of the sensing window is preferably a transparent film material that can block the external pollution source and observe the change in color.
The inside of the sensing window is preferably a moisture absorbing material that blocks the penetration of cement particles and absorbs moisture.
The indicator preferably accounts for 1% by weight of the cement specific gravity.
The sensing window is formed on both sides of the bag so as to reduce the error, it is preferable that the same amount of indicator is packaged on each side.
According to the present invention, the degree of weathering can be visually confirmed by forming the sensing window on the cement bag.
This can eliminate the hassle of quality testing by sending cement to a lab to determine the weathering, as well as significantly reducing the cost and time required for testing.
In addition, since the progress of the weathering can be known through the color, the order of cement use can be determined, and the weathered cement can be sent directly to the factory without using a bag and processed and reused.
In addition, it is possible to determine the degree of weathering according to individual bag conditions, regardless of the obscure criteria for quality testing of cement stored for more than three months.
Blue silica gel, which is a mainly used material, has a water absorption function, thereby alleviating the weathering phenomenon itself.
Finally, it is possible to prevent the use of weathered cement can prevent poor construction.

4 is another embodiment of the present invention.
The present invention provides a cement bag that can visually determine the degree of weathering by forming a sensing window on one side of the cement bag.
Weathering means that the moisture in the cement bag combines with the cement particles to hydrate. To determine how much moisture can have a critical impact on cement quality, measure the amount of moisture that penetrates into the bag.

Referring to Figure 1, the
The
As the indicator, any substance may be used as long as it changes color by reacting with moisture such as calcium chloride or silica gel. It is preferable to use blue silica gel which can easily recognize the change of color. Blue silica gel is a coating of cobalt chloride on the surface of the silica gel, when the silica gel absorbs moisture, cobalt chloride changes color from blue to pink through white due to the moisture.
The
In the case of cement, the specific gravity is about 3.14 ~ 3.2, but the specific gravity of weathered cement is 3.0 or less, and the color of blue silica gel is changed to pink. Through several experiments, it was found that moisture, which has a fatal effect on 10 kg of cement, was about 100 g, and the specific gravity was less than 3.0. In this state, when 10g of blue silica gel is added, all of them turn pink. That is, it is preferable to add the indicator in a ratio of 1% by weight relative to cement.
Table 1 shows the weathering of cement through specific gravity test. In this experiment, 40g of blue silica gel of 40Kg cement was added, but each 20g was attached to each side. To reduce the error.
As can be seen in Table 1, when the specific gravity of the cement is closer to 3.0, the color of the blue silica gel becomes closer to pink, and the weathering degree is severely changed to less than 3.0 in the specific gravity.
Marking the cement bag with this color change on the cement bag makes it easier for the general public to see the weathering of the cement. This color change may be formed separately from the
In order to confirm the change of the specific gravity, the state of putting cement and blue silica gel in an airtight container having different humidity was observed, and the experimental results as shown in Table 2 were obtained.
As shown in the table above, the cement quality was normal and the silica gel was blue at specific gravity 3.14-3.2, the cement quality was usable at specific gravity 3.0, and the silica gel was partially purple, and the quality was less than specific gravity 3.0. No Good (NG) and silica gel all turned pink.
Figure 2 shows an example of the reference table 30, showing the color of the blue silica gel and the state of the corresponding cement so that anyone can easily see. When it is blue, it indicates that the weathering is not progressing at all, such as "very good", and when it is violet, it indicates that the weathering is progressing, such as "available", so that the cement bag turned purple can be used first. You might be able to write something like "not available".
If the blue silica gel is the same or more blurred than the pink on the bag, the specific gravity is 3.0 or less. Therefore, the cement strength is likely to be reduced by more than 3%. Therefore, this should be indicated on the standard table. Should be returned to the factory.

Referring to FIG. 3, the
Figure 4 shows a photograph applying the present invention to the actual cement bag.
4 (a) is a cement bag in a safe state, that is, the weathering is not in progress, (b) is an enlarged view of the detection window. In this embodiment, the reference table is integrally formed on the sensing window. In this embodiment, it can be seen that the silica gel of the detection window is blue in color and the cement is in good condition.
As described above, if the detection window to confirm the weathering degree of the cement is formed on the cement bag, the weathering degree of the cement can be checked with the naked eye. Therefore, the cement of the early stage of the weathering process can be used first at the construction site, etc. May not be used. In addition, the severe weathering cement can be recovered immediately without using, thereby preventing the poor construction work in advance.
