Description

Paper guiding device for media dispenser

The present invention relates to an automated device, and more particularly, to a recording paper guide device for an automated device configured to selectively guide two types of recording paper having different widths in a recording device of a financial automation device.

Automated devices can be said to encompass all devices that can issue documents without a worker. The financial automation device refers to a device capable of automatically depositing and withdrawing a medium such as cash or check. The financial automation device has a recording device for recording the transaction details.

1 schematically shows a recording apparatus of such a general financial automation device. As shown in the drawing, the general recording apparatus includes a supply reel 2 in which journal paper for recording transaction details is wound, and a reel reel 4 in which the paper on which the transaction details are recorded is fed while being fed from the supply reel 2. It includes.

The supply reel 2 and the recovery reel 4 are rotatably supported on the frame 10. The frame 10 is composed of a frame bottom surface 12 that forms a bottom surface, and a pair of frame side surfaces 14 that are erected at regular intervals on the frame bottom surface 12. The supply reel 2 is rotatably supported by its central axis being coupled to the mounting groove 14a formed on the frame side 14. Similarly, the recovery reel 4 is also rotatably supported on the side surface of the frame 14.

The frame bottom 12 is provided with a printer 6. The printer 6 is for recording transaction details on a journal sheet fed from the supply reel 2 to the recovery reel 4. The printer 6 has a recording device for printing and a feeding device capable of feeding paper while recording transaction details.

As shown in FIG. 2, the journal sheet wound on the supply reel 2 enters through the entrance In of the printer 6, and after the transaction details are recorded by an internal recording device, the recovery reel ( It is wound up in 4).

Usually, recording papers used in printers for printing transaction details of financial automation devices can be classified into two types, which are classified into 80 mm wide paper and 76 mm wide paper. Such paper is appropriately selected and used according to the specification of the recording apparatus. A paper guide for guiding such paper is provided at the entrance In of the printer 6.

As shown in FIG. 3, the guide 16 mounted at the inlet portion In of the printer 6 has a predetermined width, and the screw S is attached to the body 18 of the printer 6. It is fixed. The width of the guide 16 is formed to have a dimension substantially corresponding to the width of the recording paper. For example, in the case of using a recording paper having a width of 80 mm, the recording paper has a corresponding dimension (for example, about 81 mm) so that the recording paper can be guided without being twisted.

The recording paper guided by such a guide 16 is supported on the guide bottom 19, and the left and right are guided through the side wall of the guide 16, and the transaction details are recorded. The guide bottom surface 19 may be formed integrally with the guide 16, but may also be formed by the body 18 to which the guide 16 is fixed.

However, according to the conventional guide apparatus having the above configuration, since the width of the guide 16 is fixed, only one type of recording paper can be guided. That is, in the case of using the guide 16 of the standard as shown in the drawing, using a recording paper having a width of 76 mm may cause a problem such as a sheet of paper to be fed. Therefore, in the case of using a recording paper having a different standard, it is cumbersome to remove the guide 16 and then reattach the guide of another standard.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and a main object of the present invention is to provide a recording paper guide device that can use two kinds of recording containers having different specifications together.

According to the present invention for achieving the above object, it is provided at the inlet of the printer embedded in the recording device of the automated device, as a guide device for guiding the recording paper; A first guide having both sidewalls having regular intervals for guiding the recording paper; A body installed outside the first guide to support the first guide; It has both sidewalls of a narrower interval than the interval of the sidewalls of the first guide, is rotatably supported by the first guide or body, both sidewalls of the second guide is protruded to the inside of both sidewalls of the first guide Second guide; And a fixing means for fixing the second guide in a state in which both sidewalls of the second guide protrude into both sidewalls of the first guide.

In addition, according to the embodiment of the fixing means, it is composed of a screw for fixing the second guide by fastening the arc-shaped slit formed on the side wall of the body or the first guide and the fastening hole formed on the side wall of the second guide.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first guide includes a bottom surface connecting lower portions of both sidewalls, and the bottom surface has guide holes formed so that both sidewalls of the second guide protrude upward.

According to another embodiment, both sidewalls of the second guide are rotatably supported inside both sidewalls of the first guide.

According to another embodiment, the screw is configured to fix the sidewall of the second guide to the body in a state of penetrating the arc-shaped slit formed in the body.

According to the present invention as described above, it can be seen that both side walls of the first guide or the second guide can be selectively used. Therefore, since both sidewalls of different widths can be used, it is expected that the convenience of using both recording papers of substantially different widths in common will be expected. Such an advantage of the present invention can also be said to solve the trouble of manpower input due to the change of the standard of recording paper.

Figure 6a is a front illustration of the guide device of the present invention.
Figure 6b is a side view of the guide device of the present invention.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 4, the guide apparatus according to the present invention includes a first guide 30 and a second guide 40 having different guide widths so as to guide recording paper of different standards. do. The first guide 30 and the second guide 40 each include a pair of side walls each having a predetermined width (the width corresponding to the recording paper that can guide the input paper).

The width between both side walls of the first guide 30 is formed relatively wide. That is, the distance between each side wall 32 forming the first guide 30 is relatively large, and is formed to guide a large width of the recording paper (for example, 80 mm wide). The first guide 30 may use the conventional guide device as described above.

In addition, a gap between both side walls of the second guide 40 installed inside the first guide 30, that is, the width is narrow. That is, since the distance between the side walls 42 on both sides forming the second guide 40 is relatively small, the narrow recording container (for example, 76 mm width) is guided.

5 is a front view and a side view of the second guide 40. As shown, the second guide 40 is composed of a pair of side walls 42 having a predetermined interval and a connection portion 44 connecting the side walls 42 to each other at the bottom. Since the side wall 42 has a predetermined standard to guide the recording paper having a relatively small width, the connection part 44 is provided to allow the side walls 42 of both sides to rotate at the same time. .

In the side wall 42, a hinge hole 46 and a fastening hole 48 are formed. The hinge hole 46 is a portion formed so that the second guide 40 can be rotatably supported inside the first guide 30. That is, for example, when the pin is inserted into the inside of the first guide 30 while penetrating the hinge hole 46 with a margin, the second guide 40 is rotated clockwise around the hinge hole 46 ( Upward) or counterclockwise (downward). In the free state without the external force, the second guide 40 rotates in the counterclockwise direction, and substantially descends below the first guide 30.

In addition, the fastening hole 48 is formed to maintain the state in which the second guide 40 protrudes to the upper portion of the first guide 30. The function of the fastening hole 48 will be described later.

The first guide 30 as described above is installed in a state fixed to the body 50 of the printer. The first guide 30 is for guiding the recording paper having a substantially wide width, as described above, and is thus fixed to the body 50 forming the inner or outer frame of the printer. .

An arc-shaped slit 52 is formed on the side surface of the body 50. The arc-shaped slit 52 is shaped to form a predetermined arc around the hinge hole 46 in an assembled state, and the position thereof is a position corresponding to the fastening hole 48.

Next, the state of use of the guide apparatus according to the present invention will be described.

In the state shown in Fig. 4, a substantially narrow recording container (for example, 76 mm) can be used. That is, since the side wall 42 of the second guide 40 protrudes upward into the first guide 30, the recording paper is guided between the widths between the side walls 42, so that the inside of the printer is guided. Can be fed as

In this state, the second guide 40 is maintained in a fixed state by a screw Sc. Since the screw Sc is fastening the second guide 40 to the body 5 through the fastening hole 48, the second guide 40 protrudes as shown in FIG. 4. Can be fixed in a state.

Here, in order for the side wall 42 of the second guide 40 to protrude to the inside of the side wall 32 of the first guide, both side ends of the bottom surface 34 of the first guide 30 are located at the side walls. Naturally, the guide hole 36 for protruding upward 42 is formed. Therefore, in the state shown in Figs. 4A and 4B, the recording paper corresponding to the gap between both side walls 42 of the second guide 40 can be guided into the printer without skewing.

6 shows a state in which a relatively wide recording paper can be guided using both side walls 32 of the first guide 30. This state can be said to be a state in which both side surfaces 42 of the second guide 40 rotate downward. That is, referring to FIGS. 4B and 6B, when the screw Sc in a state of fastening the side fastening holes 48 of the body 50 and the second guide 40 is released, the second guide The force for maintaining 40 in the state shown in FIG. 4 is removed. Therefore, the second guide 40 is rotated counterclockwise by its own weight about the hinge hole 46 (about the pin inserted into the hinge hole).

When the second guide 40 is rotated downward and positioned below the first guide 30, the sidewalls 42 of the second guide are substantially the bottom surface 34 of the first guide 40. It is in the state where it descends to the lower part of. Therefore, this state is a state that can guide the recording sheet using only the first guide (40).

If the first guide 30 is used in this way and the second guide 40 needs to guide the narrow recording paper, the operation may be performed in the reverse order as described above. That is, the second guide 40 is rotated upward (clockwise) so that the side wall 42 protrudes into the side wall 32 of the first guide 30 through the guide hole 36. When the screw Sc is tightened in this state, the second guide 40 is fixed to the body 50 with the side wall 32 of the first guide 30 interposed therebetween. This state is a state shown in Fig. 4, and it is a state in which a narrow recording container can be guided without skew.

As described above, according to the present invention, with respect to the first guide 30 for guiding a wide recording paper, a second guide 40 capable of guiding a narrow recording paper while rotating up and down is provided. Can be seen as a basic technical theme.

And within the scope of the basic technical spirit of the present invention it will be obvious that various modifications are possible for a person skilled in the art.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the side wall 42 of the second guide 40 is screwed and fixed to the body 50 while being protruded upward as shown in FIG. 4. . However, the second guide 40 may be configured to be fixed to another member in a state of protruding upward, for example, to be fixed to the side wall 32 of the first guide 30. It is also possible. In this case, it is obvious that the arc-shaped slit should be formed in the first guide.

In the illustrated embodiment, the second guide 40 is rotatably supported by the first guide through the hinge hole 46, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the second guide 40 may be configured to be rotatable with respect to the body 50 positioned substantially outside the first guide 30.

In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, the first guide 30 is an embodiment having both side walls 32 and the bottom surface 34, but is not limited to this configuration is obvious. For example, the bottom surface 34 of the first guide 30 may be formed separately from both side walls 32. That is, it may be possible to form the above-described bottom surface 34 by using a part of the body 50, in which case the guide hole 36 is formed at a position corresponding to the side wall 42 of the second guide 40. It should be natural.

It is also apparent that the protection scope of the present invention should be determined based on the description of the appended claims.
