The present invention relates to a display support device.

Recently, a display device to which a flat panel display set is applied is mainly introduced to a TV or a computer monitor. Such a flat panel display device includes a display set and a support device for supporting the display set.

In the display device, the structure of the support device is recognized as a very important factor to increase the user's convenience, and is an important factor affecting the product price. For example, there is a high demand for a support device to which the desired folding and wall mounting functions are applied. In addition, there is an increasing demand for display devices equipped with a folding function and a separating function in order to secure packaging competitiveness to reduce the volume of the box when the product is shipped.

1 is a view showing a conventional display support device structure.

Referring to FIG. 1, a conventional display apparatus 1 includes a display set 5 and a support apparatus 4 for supporting the display set.

In detail, the support device 4 includes a base plate 2 placed on an installation surface, and a stand 3 extending upward from the base plate 2, and on the back of the display set 5, the stand is provided. It is provided with a bracket (6) connected to (3).

In the case of the support device 4 applied to the conventional display device 1, in order to hang the display set on the wall, the bracket 6 must be completely detached and a separate wall support device must be connected.

In addition, when the support device 4 is folded to the back of the display set 5 so as to contain the finished product of the display device, there is a limit on the rotation angle of the stand 3 and the base plate 2 Due to the volume of, the total volume of the packaging box is bound to increase. Therefore, there is a disadvantage in that the amount of loading that can carry the finished product box on the moving vehicle is limited.

The present invention has been proposed to improve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a display support apparatus capable of effectively performing tilt adjustment and wall hanging functions of a display set.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a display support device that can be easily separated from the display set and the support device so as to reduce the packaging volume of the display device and maximize the folding angle of a portion of the support device connected to the back of the display set.

Display support apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object, the base plate placed on the installation surface; A stand extending from an upper surface of the base plate; A hinge body having one end inserted into the stand; A shaft inserted into the other end of the hinge body in a direction crossing the hinge body; A bracket having one end fixed to the back of the display set and the other end penetrated by the shaft; An angle adjusting unit interposed between the other end of the bracket and the other end of the hinge body and penetrated by the shaft, wherein the angle adjusting unit rotates in one body with the shaft and has guide protrusions formed on the outside thereof. And a stopper guide fixed to the other end of the hinge body and configured to guide the movement of the stopper to adjust the amount of rotation of the display set.

The display supporting apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention constituting the above configuration has the following advantages and effects.

First, when the display device is installed on the floor, the display set can be tilted to -10 degrees with respect to the vertical plane.

Second, since the display set and the support device are separated by only pushing or pulling the display set by rotating the display set by about 30 degrees, there is an advantage of simple assembly and disassembly.

Third, since a separate wall mount device is not required to hang the display set on the wall, manufacturing cost and product price can be reduced.

Fourth, in a state in which the support device is separated to package the display device, a portion of the stand connected to the back of the display set is rotatable to a state parallel to the display set, thereby reducing the volume of the packaging box.

Hereinafter, a display supporting apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2 is a rear perspective view of a display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2, the display apparatus 10 according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a display set 13 and a support device for supporting the display set 13. The support device includes a base plate 11 placed on an installation surface, a stand 12 extending from an upper surface of the base plate 11, and a hinge connecting the stand 12 to the display set 13. Assembly 20. In detail, the stand 12 may be a hollow cylindrical sleeve.

The display set 13 is rotatable about the stand 12 while being connected to the stand 12. In addition, the stand 12 and the hinge assembly 20 may be coupled and separated by pushing or rotating and pulling after rotation.

Hereinafter, a configuration and operation of the hinge assembly 20 and a process of coupling and detaching the hinge assembly 20 and the supporting device will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

3 is an exploded perspective view showing a hinge assembly of a display device according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 3, the hinge assembly 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a hinge body 21 fitted to the stand 12; A bracket 26 rotatably connected to the hinge body 21 and fixed to a rear surface of the display set 13; A shaft 27 connecting the hinge body 21 and the bracket 26; An angle adjusting member for adjusting a rotation angle of the bracket 26; It includes a washer 24 and the elastic member 22 for adjusting the friction force generated when the bracket 26 rotates.

The illustrated figure is an exploded perspective view of the left side of the hinge body 21, the same components are provided symmetrically on the right side of the hinge body 21.

In detail, the hinge body 21 includes an insert sleeve 212 extending in parallel with the stand 12 and a housing 211 formed in a direction crossing the upper end of the insert sleeve 212. In addition, a pair of locking protrusions 214 are symmetrically formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the insert sleeve 212. In addition, an elastic member accommodating hole 213 for inserting the elastic member 22 is formed in the housing 211. The elastic member 22 is formed with a locking end 221 that is rolled into a cylindrical shape and bent at an end portion. A groove into which the locking end 221 is fitted is formed at an edge of the elastic member accommodation hole 213 formed in the housing 211. That is, the cross section of the elastic member accommodating hole 213 and the cross section of the elastic member 22 are the same, but the diameter of the elastic member accommodating hole 213 is slightly larger than the diameter of the elastic member 22. Can be.

In addition, the shaft 27 rotates while being inserted into the elastic member 22. The diameter of the shaft 27 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the elastic member 22, so that the elastic member 22 is opened when the shaft 27 rotates. Then, as the display set 13 is tilted, a restoring force is accumulated on the elastic member 22, and the outer circumference of the shaft 27 is strongly adhered to the inner circumferential surface of the elastic member 22. Thus, the display set 13 is prevented from being leaned forward or turned over by its own weight in the tilted state.

The angle adjusting member may include a stopper guide 23 seated at an end of the housing 211, and a stopper 25 seated on the stopper guide 23 to rotate together with the shaft.

In detail, the stopper guide 23 is fixed to the end of the housing 211 by a fastening member. The outer diameter of the stopper guide 23 may be substantially the same as the outer diameter of the housing 211. In addition, a circular hole for penetrating the shaft 27 is formed at the center of the stopper guide 23, and the hole may be formed larger than the outer diameter of the shaft 27. A guide hole 231 is formed between the hole and the edge of the stopper guide 23. The stepped portion 232 may be formed at a point on the inner circumferential surface of the guide hole 231 to stop the tilting of the display set at a specific angle. In addition, a plurality of stepped portions 232 may be formed.

In addition, a through hole 252 through which the shaft 27 penetrates is formed at the center of the stopper 25. A portion of the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 27 is chamfered in the longitudinal direction of the shaft 27, so that the cross section of the shaft 27 is substantially elliptical. In addition, the through hole 252 has the same shape as the cross-sectional shape of the shaft 27. Therefore, when the shaft 27 is fitted to the stopper 25, the shaft 27 and the stopper 25 rotate in one body. Since the stopper guide 23 is fixed to the hinge body 21 and rotates in one body, the stopper guide 23 and the stopper 25 are relatively rotated in opposite directions.

In addition, a guide protrusion 251 protrudes from an edge of the stopper 25, and the guide protrusion 251 is inserted into the guide hole 231 of the stopper guide 23. The guide protrusion 251 moves along the guide hole 231 and is caught by the stepped portion 232. In addition, in order for the guide protrusion 251 to pass over the stepped portion 232, the force for rotating the display set 13 needs to be slightly increased. As the step portion 232 is formed as described above, the user can sense the degree of rotation while rotating the display set 13. That is, by forming a plurality of stepped portions 232 for each predetermined angle, the user can rotate the display set 13 by a predetermined amount. The total rotation amount of the display set 13 is determined by the length of the guide hole 231. In this embodiment, the display set 13 is shown to rotate up to 190 degrees.

Meanwhile, a washer 24 is interposed between the stopper 25 and the stopper guide 23 to prevent the stopper 25 and the stopper guide 23 from directly contacting and worn.

In addition, one end of the bracket 26 fixed to the display set 13 is disposed outside the stopper 25. The bracket 26 includes a display fixing surface 261 attached to the rear surface of the display set 13 and a bending surface 262 bent from the display fixing surface 261. In detail, an insertion hole 263 through which the shaft 27 is inserted is formed at an end of the bent surface 262. The insertion hole 263 has the same shape as the cross section of the chamfered portion of the shaft 27. Therefore, when the shaft 27 is inserted into the insertion hole 263, the bracket 26 rotates in unison with the shaft 27. In other words, when the display set 13 rotates, the bracket 26, the shaft 27, and the stopper 25 rotate in one body.

4 to 6, the stand 12 according to the embodiment of the present invention extends from a stand base 121 accommodated in the base plate 121 and an upper surface of the stand base 121. And a stand body 122.

In detail, the stand body 122 is a hollow cylindrical sleeve, and the insert sleeve 212 of the hinge body 21 is inserted into the stand body 122. In addition, a locking groove 123 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the stand body 122 to which the locking protrusion 214 protruding from the lower circumferential surface of the insert sleeve 212 is fitted. The groove includes an insertion groove 123a for guiding the insertion of the locking protrusion 214 and a rotation groove 123b for guiding rotation. The insertion grooves 123a are formed at both ends of the rotation groove 123b, respectively. The insertion groove 123a extends in the longitudinal direction of the stand body 122, and the rotation groove 123b is formed in the circumferential direction of the stand body 122.

According to the locking groove 123 of this type, when the insert sleeve 212 is inserted to the end and rotates, the locking projection 214 is caught by the locking projection 123c formed by the rotation groove 123b. The hinge body 21 is caught by the stand 12 so as not to fall out.

In use, the display set is rotated while the support device is fixed to the installation surface. However, in the drawings of the present invention, the display set is fixed in a vertical state and the support device is rotated to facilitate explanation.

Referring to FIG. 7, when the display set 13 is vertical, the hinge body 21 may be rotated to −10 degrees based on the vertical plane. That is, the guide protrusion 251 of the stopper 25 has reached the one end along the guide hole 231 of the stopper guide 23.

FIG. 8 shows a state in which the hinge body 21 is rotated 80 degrees with respect to the vertical plane while the display set 13 is vertical. That is, it rotated 90 degrees in the state of FIG. In the drawing, although the guide protrusion 251 is expressed as being caught by the stepped portion 232 of the guide hole 231 in this state, the stepped portion may be formed to be caught at a different angle without being limited thereto. same.

9 shows a state in which the hinge body 21 is rotated 180 degrees with respect to the vertical plane while the display set 13 is vertical. That is, the state rotated 190 degrees in the state of FIG. In this state, the guide protrusion 251 is moved to the other end of the guide hole 231, and the hinge body 21 and the display set 13 are parallel to each other. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, the hinge body 21 may be rotated and stored in the packaging box in the state in which the stand 12 is separated. Then, there is an advantage that the volume of the storage box is reduced.
