Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an asphalt shingle, and in particular, easy to install and increase the adhesive force to minimize damage caused by strong winds, as well as to facilitate storage and transport.
In general, asphalt shingle is widely used to connect the roof of a house, and is usually laminated on the base of the glass fiber or non-woven fabric, and the modified asphalt on the bottom, and the base on which the sand is attached, the various on the top of the base It is composed of a colored yarn, it is known that the rain water flows effectively by installing the bottom of the upper asphalt shingle is stacked on the top of the lower asphalt shingle according to the slope of the roof.
In addition, in the case of the so-called American asphalt shingle, which is formed so that the lower end of the asphalt shingle stacked on the surface of the asphalt shingle is formed on the upper surface of the asphalt shingle for adhesion of the asphalt shingle to the adhesive layer. In the climate where there is a difference in temperature during the winter season but there is little typhoon, the strong adhesive fixing force is not required, so it is easy to use, but sometimes the asphalt shingle is blown off the roof by strong wind such as tornado. Due to the severe temperature difference in the summer season, as well as frequent typhoons, it was necessary to apply a separate adhesive to the underside of the asphalt shingle during construction, which caused problems such as an increase in the number of workers, the required time, and the number of processes.
On the other hand, in the case of the European-type asphalt shingle with a wide adhesive layer formed on the bottom of the asphalt shingle, it can be firmly adhered to the roof surface by the wide bond layer of the asphalt shingle. The damage caused by the bar is caused, because the adhesive layer formed on the bottom surface of the asphalt shingle is in contact with the colored yarn protruding from the upper surface of the opposite asphalt shingle in a partially adhesive state, thereby reducing the adhesive force by minimizing the adhesion area.
In view of the above problems, the present invention is extremely easy to install, yet has strong mutual adhesive force to proactively prevent damage and damage caused by strong winds, thereby extending the life of the product and minimizing the number of working hours, time required, and number of processes during construction. The object is to provide an asphalt shingle that is easy to implement and store and transport.
In order to effectively achieve the above object, in the present invention, a wide first adhesive layer is formed on the bottom surface of the asphalt shingle so as to be laminated with the upper surface of the asphalt shingle, and protected by a release film that can be peeled off. The bottom end of the shingles is formed by forming a band-like or dotted line-shaped second adhesive layer in the longitudinal direction.
Asphalt shingle of the present invention is a first adhesive layer protected by a release film on the bottom surface of the base of the asphalt shingle located on the upper side and the second adhesive layer on the center of the first adhesive layer and the lower side of the colored yarn located at the same time while the first adhesive layer is bonded to the other colored yarn in a large area. Since the laminated adhesive bonds the adhesive of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer to each other, it prevents the asphalt shingle from being damaged or damaged by the strong wind due to the strong adhesive state, which can greatly prolong the life of the product. The bottom surface of the release film provided on the first adhesive layer covers the surface of the second adhesive layer to prevent adhesion, thereby minimizing the incidence of transportation and storage convenience and defects, thereby greatly improving the user's product reliability and preferences. It has a wide range of effects.
Hereinafter, the preferred configuration of the present invention will be described in detail by the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is an example of a flat configuration of the conventional asphalt shingle (S), Figure 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the line AA 'of Figure 1, Figure 3 is an exemplary view of the laminated state of the conventional asphalt shingle.
On the other hand, the applicant of the present application has applied for the asphalt shingle patent filed as patent application No. 2007-98076 as of September 28, 2007 (Patent No. 920732, Publication No. 10-2009-0032657)
Conventional asphalt shingles (S) is composed of a rectangular plate shape, blown asphalt (hereinafter abbreviated as blown asphalt) modified to increase the heat resistance on the center of the fiberglass or nonwoven fabric, the top and bottom. It is the same as the conventional one which consists of the base layer (1) which adhered to the bottom surface and adhered with sand on the bottom surface, and the colored yarn (2) which was attached to the upper surface of the base layer (1). Figure 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the line B-B 'of Figure 4, Figure 6 is an exemplary view of the laminated state of the asphalt shingle of the present invention, Figure 7 is an illustration of the installation state of the asphalt shingle of the present invention, Figure 8 is "C Wealth expansion.
Asphalt shingles (S) of the present invention is composed of a rectangular plate shape, the
A feature of the present invention is to form a first
The first
The second
Here, of course, the first, the
Asphalt Shingles (S) of the present invention having such a configuration is to be stored or transported in a state in which a plurality of asphalt shingles (S) are stacked in a
In addition, during construction, the first
In such an installation state, the first
