Abstract

PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam earphone is provided to enable a user to have a better wearing feeling by using a material which can properly be expanded in accordance with a size of an ear canal. CONSTITUTION: An earphone consists of a speaker(100), a polyurethane body(200) and an earphone cord(300). The body is made of a soft resin absorbing a shock like polyurethane. The speaker and the earphone cord are connected internally like a scheme in a conventional earphone. The polyurethane material surrounds an outside of the speaker. The volume of the body gets reduced by a pressure applied by a user's finger before the earphone is used. The earphone, if it is worn by the user, gets swelled according to a shape of the ear.

Description

Polyurethane foam earphones

The present invention relates to an earphone, and more particularly to an earphone having a property of using a polyurethane foam to reduce noise and not easily break.

Nowadays, with the development of many mobile devices, earphones are widely used as a tool for listening to sound. However, the conventional earphone has the following problems as an aluminum material.

First of all, there are many people who use earphones, but the size of the earphones is uncomfortable when wearing one.

In addition, the aluminum material is easily chilled and inconvenient to use in winter.

And conventional earphones have the disadvantage that they are easily broken when dropped on a hard floor.

The present invention has been invented to solve the problems of the conventional earphone is easy to wear and reduce the noise from the outside to more accurately hear the sound of the mobile device that the user wanted to hear as well as easy to drop when dropped on the ground It is to provide an unbreakable earphone.

Earphone according to the present invention for achieving the above object is characterized in that the speaker portion is wrapped in a material of polyurethane foam instead of the conventional aluminum material.

Due to the features according to the present invention, the expected effect is that the polyurethane foam earphone is expanded according to the size of the ear canal to achieve excellent fit, and even if the earphone is dropped on the ground, the polyurethane foam is not easily broken.

1 is a block diagram of an earphone according to the present invention.

Earphone according to the present invention is largely composed of a speaker 100, a polyurethane body 200 and the earphone string 300.

Body 200 is a soft resin that absorbs shock, such as polyurethane.

In the same manner as the conventional earphones, the speaker 100 and the earphone string 300 are connected inside and surround the outside of the speaker with a polyurethane body 200.

The earphone of the present invention is reduced in size by reducing the volume of the body 200 when the user applies pressure to the body 200 with a finger before use. The smaller earphones fit into the ear, causing the polyurethane foam to expand in volume to form an ear canal.
