Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for bone fixation, and more particularly, it is composed of a screw inserted into the bone, a washer coupled to the screw, the plate is fastened to the screw coupled to the washer, the lower part of the washer is bone While tightly fixed to the contact surface of the screw to be inserted into the bone, the head of the descending screw is firmly coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the washer, and while firmly engaging the protrusion of the washer with the groove of the plate, the screw is strongly fixed to the plate to provide a locking effect. It relates to a device for bone fixation that can be improved.
In general, the bone fixation device is used to restore the segmented bone. When bone tissue of the human body, such as the tibia, is segmented, the soft tissue of the fracture patient is incised, and then the plate and the screw on the surface of the segmented bone. The bone fixation device can be used to fix and repair the lost area.
Conventionally, the device for bone fixation has been made in such a way that the screw is inserted by processing only holes in the holes inside the plate.
However, such a conventional bone fixation device is a so-called "pull-out" in which the stress is concentrated in the screw area by external load when the long term use is implanted in the patient's body and the screw comes out of the bone and plate hole. There was a risk of developing symptoms, especially in patients with osteoporosis, which requires reoperation.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, there is a need to develop a screw for fixing bone of an improved structure that can more securely perform the locking (Locking) between the plate and the screw.
The present invention was devised to solve the conventional problems as described above, and can securely lock between the screw and the plate so that the device for bone fixation is not easily separated from the bone by stress from the outside. There is a technical problem of the present invention to provide a device for bone fixation.
The configuration of the apparatus for bone fixation according to the present invention for achieving the technical problem as described above includes a head portion formed with a screw thread on the outer circumferential surface, and a screw portion extending downward from the head portion and a thread portion formed on the outer circumferential surface, and the outer circumferential surface of the head portion The screw has a shape that is matched with the inner peripheral surface of the washer; The center portion is formed in a ring shape opened up and down, and includes a washer upper portion which protrudes along an outer circumferential surface, and a washer lower portion extending downwardly from the upper washer, wherein the inner circumferential surface of the upper washer and the lower washer A washer having an internal thread coupled with the thread of the screw, the incision being formed with an incision in which a portion of the body is removed longitudinally over the washer and the washer; A plate including a plate-shaped plate main body and at least one locking hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of the main body, the inner circumferential surface of the locking hole being formed with grooves shaped to engage with protrusions formed on the outer circumferential surface of the washer; And a control unit.
The device for bone fixation according to the present invention having the above-described structure is not only strongly coupled to the head and the washer, but also has a locking state in which the screw cannot be easily removed from the plate while the washer is strongly coupled to the plate. Even if the screw is not easily separated from the plate, it is a very advanced invention that can prevent the so-called "pull-out" phenomenon that has been pointed out as a conventional problem.
