Claims (4)
- 일정한 온도가 유지될 수 있는 건조실과;상기 건조실의 외부에 설치된 저울과;상기 건조실 내에 시편을 매달아 상기 저울이 상기 시편의 중량을 무게 하향식으로 측정할 수 있는 적재수단;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시편의 중량 측정이 가능한 건조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저울은 상기 건조실의 상부에 설치되고,상기 적재수단은 상기 건조실의 천장을 통해 상기 건조실 내에 현수식으로 드리워지는 적재대로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시편의 중량 측정이 가능한 건조장치.
- 시편을 공극수에 수침시켜 수포화시키는 수포화단계;수포화된 시편을 청구항 1의 건조장치의 건조실 내의 적재수단에 적재하는 시편적재단계;상기 건조실 내부 공기를 가열하여 건조실 내 공기를 일정한 온도로 유지하면서 시편을 건조하는 건조단계;청구항 1의 건조장치에 설치된 저울로 상기 시편의 중량을 적재시부터 일정한 시간 간격으로 연속 측정하는 중량측정단계; 그리고,상기 중량측정단계에서 연속하여 측정한 상기 시편의 중량 변화가 0.1% 미만일 때의 중량을 최초 적재시 시편의 중량과 비교하여 상기 시편의 공극률을 계측하는 공극률 계측단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시편의 중량 측정 가능한 건조장치를 이용한 시편의 공극률 계측방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 수포화단계에서,상기 시편에 대한 수침은 진공 하에서 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 시편의 중량 측정 가능한 건조장치를 이용한 시편의 공극률 계측방법.
