Description

Nonwoven top sheets of sanitary napkins and diaper which embossed and perforated}

Disposable sanitary napkins and diapers are daily necessities for everyday use.

Disposable sanitary napkins and diapers are manufactured by purchasing several parts from manufacturers and combining them on a production line.

The present invention relates to nonwoven top sheets of sanitary napkins and diapers, among the parts used in disposable sanitary napkins and diapers.

The layer structure of sanitary napkins and diapers consisted of a top sheet, an absorbent layer, and a waterproof sheet (back sheets) that touch the skin of the consumer.

As for lining of sanitary napkins and diapers, perforated plastic films or non-woven materials are used.

The layer structure of the sanitary napkin and diaper first consisted of a top sheet, an absorbent layer, and a waterproof sheet (back sheets) that touched the skin.

The function of the nonwoven lining of sanitary napkins and diapers should be smooth, well absorbed, less lint-free, skin-friendly and visually pretty.

About five years ago, nonwoven linings for sanitary napkins and diapers were often used as flat nonwovens themselves. Since then, a lot of perforated lining began to be used, and recently, non-woven lining with embossed surface was used.

The advantage of the perforated nonwoven lining is that through the perforations, the absorption of the secretion is good.

Non-woven lining, the surface is curved or irregularly embossed, the cushion is good, there is a small area of contact with the skin, the visual appearance is good.

It is an object of the present invention to create a nonwoven lining of sanitary napkins and diapers with both the advantages of the perforated nonwoven lining and the advantages of the nonwoven lining with the surface irregularly embossed.

The present invention newly proposes a nonwoven lining having a perforated hole and having a concave surface in the nonwoven lining of a sanitary napkin and a diaper.

The perforation of the lining of the present invention delivers the consumer secretion well to the absorbent body, and the embossed portion of the skin reduces the area where the skin touches the lining, and allows air to pass through the empty space between the skin and the lining.

In order to solve the above problem, in the present invention, while embossing the nonwoven fabric with a pin, the nonwoven fabric rises on the opposite surface of the pin.

Until now, the perforated nonwoven fabric has been used as a nonwoven fabric by punching the nonwoven fabric with a pin, and the surface on which the pin touches the skin. It is used as a nonwoven lining on the side where skin touches.

Although there are domestic and foreign patents and known technologies similar in shape to the present invention, they are significantly different in terms of use and function.

Nonwoven fabrics used in the present invention include air through nonwoven fabric, airlaid nonwoven fabric, polyolefin thermal bond nonwoven fabric, polyolefin spunbond nonwoven fabric, polyolefin meltblown nonwoven fabric, polyolefin spunbond bond and polyolefin meltblown combination Nonwovens, spunlace nonwovens, and the like.

Recently, polyolefin-based air through nonwoven fabric is lining nonwoven fabric of sanitary napkin and diaper

Nonwovens used in the trend are increasing.

In FIG. 1 a cited apparatus for punching and embossing nonwovens by punching them is shown.

In FIG. 1, the pin punching for punching and embossing the nonwoven fabric includes a punch roll 11 in which the nonwoven fabric 21 supplied from the nonwoven fabric supply roll 20 is pinned, and a hole roll having holes corresponding to the pins. When supplied between 12), the woven fabric is heated and pressurized embossed 23 by a pin and recovered to the winding roll 22.

The nonwoven fibers that were flat and dense in the heat press embossing process are embossed on the opposite side of the pin punching surface of the nonwoven fabric and embossed into the circular shape 23 of the convex pins.

Instead of the hole rolls shown in FIG. 1, rubber rolls, iron scrubber rolls, rolls with brushes, and the like may also be used.

In the present invention, when embossing and drilling, it may be possible to pressurize only without heating the pin as necessary.

In the pin embossing process, the nonwoven fabric is perforated at the pointed end of the pin. The above process produces the embossed and perforated nonwoven lining of the present invention for use in sanitary napkins and diapers.

As described above, the present invention is a novel use invention that only a person who has acquired a function of a sanitary napkin and a diaper lining, an external marketing aspect, and a nonwoven fabric perforation technology can newly invent.

The embossed and perforated sanitary napkins and diaper linings of the present invention can be delivered to sanitary napkins and diaper manufacturers in front or in part with other absorbent nonwoven fabrics.

The absorbent nonwoven fabric which can be laminated with the nonwoven fabric of the present invention is an air-through nonwoven fabric, an airlaid nonwoven fabric, a polyolefin-based thermal bond nonwoven fabric, a polyolefin-based spunbond nonwoven fabric, a polyolefin-based meltblown nonwoven fabric, a polyolefin-based spunbond bond, and a polyolefin-based melt fabric. Blended nonwovens, spunlace nonwovens and the like.

The lamination may be performed by lamination by hot melt adhesive, thermal lamination by embossing thermal lamination, ultrasonic lamination or the like.

The above-mentioned lamination by thermal roller and ultrasonic roller is suitable for lamination of sanitary napkin and nonwoven fabric by embossing roller.

The embossed paper is embossed in the shape to be laminated to the embossed roller, and between the mating rolls or the mating supports, two nonwoven fabrics to be pressed are pressed and partially laminated in the embossed shape.

The above embossed paper can maintain the softness of the nonwoven fabric and can also reduce the occurrence of lint on the nonwoven fabric.

In addition, a visual effect by the embossed shape can be obtained.

In the thermal lamination, a rubber roll or a steel roll is used for the counter roll of the embossing roll.

In the lamination by the ultrasonic waves, the relative support of the embossing roll is an ultrasonic horn.

In the present invention, when the two nonwoven fabrics were laminated, surface curvature was also given by embossing, and a visual effect by embossing points or lines was also given.

This is because the embossed portion is melted and the non-woven fabric becomes thin at the time of embossing lamination, and thus the thickness of the non-woven fabric is visually seen.

The perforations of the nonwoven fabric lining of the present invention delivers consumer secretion well to the absorbent body, and the embossed part of the skin reduces the area where the skin touches the lining and allows air to pass through the empty space between the skin and the lining.

In addition, two nonwoven fabrics were embossed and laminated to give the second bend.

As a result of the above, it is possible to protect the skin of the sanitary napkin and diaper user and to improve the fit.

Example 1

An air-through nonwoven fabric (manufacturer; Bairin Korea) having a basis weight of 24 g / m 2 was punched while embossing with a pin roll.

The temperature of the pin roll at the time of drilling was 100 degreeC.

The diameter of the pin roll of the pin roll was 2 mm and the density of the pin roll of the pin roll was about 12 per cm 2.

The sanitary napkin and the diaper were manufactured using the nonwoven lining prepared above.

Example 2

The same procedure was followed as in Example 1) except that 20 g / m 2 of air-through nonwoven fabric before embossing was laminated on the nonwoven fabric of Example 1.

The lamination was made by ultrasonic lamination, and the embossed dots of 1 mm diameter had vertical dotted lines, and the interval between the vertical dotted lines was 5 mm.

Example 3

Example 1,2 Test Results

Both the sanitary napkin and the diaper using the nonwoven lining of Examples 1 and 2 had a visual effect with a rough surface, and when touched by hand, the skin and the contact area were small, and the coffee water was felt. It was confirmed visually that absorption was good even at the time of dropping.

The product of Example 2 was able to visually confirm the secondary curvature of the surface by the dotted line laminated at the time of embossed lamination, and visual effects of the dotted line embossed lamination could also be confirmed visually.

1 is an apparatus and process diagram for embossing 23 and punching a nonwoven fabric 21 between a pin roll 11 and a hole roll 12 in which pins are embedded.
