Description

Lighting device of refrigerator

The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus of a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a lighting apparatus of a refrigerator including a lamp cover installed on a protruding surface formed on a duct cover installed on a rear wall surface of a storage space.

Generally, a refrigerator is a device for storing food in a storage space for a long time at a low temperature by circulating a refrigerant or circulating low temperature wind.

The refrigerator is formed with shelves to store food in the storage space. In addition, when the door of the refrigerator is opened, power is applied to the lighting device to brighten the storage space. However, the lighting apparatus installed in the storage space of the conventional refrigerator is installed on the upper side of the storage space so that the light irradiated from the lighting apparatus is obscured by the shelf or the food being stored, so that the lower side of the storage space is darker than the upper side. Had a problem.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to ensure that the illumination is evenly distributed above and below the storage space.

The lighting apparatus of the refrigerator of the present invention for achieving the above object is a duct cover is installed on the rear wall surface of the storage space, a protruding surface formed by protruding the upper region of the duct cover, a seating groove formed on the protruding surface, and And a lamp cover coupled to the seating recess, and a light source unit irradiating light between the rear surface of the seating recess and the lamp cover.

In addition, the lamp cover includes a scattering portion having a continuous groove on the surface of the lamp cover.

According to the lighting apparatus of the refrigerator of the present invention as described above, there are the following effects.

Installed on the rear wall of the storage space of the refrigerator, the light irradiated from the lamp is irradiated to the lower side of the storage space without being blocked by the shelf.

In addition, the scattering portion is formed on the surface of the lamp cover, so that the light irradiated from the lamp is evenly distributed.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is an installation of the lighting device of the kimchi refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of the lighting device of the kimchi refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 is an embodiment of the present invention 4 is a perspective view illustrating an assembly of a lamp cover and a light source unit according to an embodiment, FIG. 4 is a front view of the lamp cover according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG.

Referring to FIG. 1, the storage space of the refrigerator includes an open front surface, and includes two side surfaces, an upper / lower surface, and a rear wall surface.

The door 10 is hinged to the main body to open and close the front of the storage space. In the storage space, a shelf 20 on which food can be placed is installed over both sides of the storage space.

In addition, the upper side of the storage space is the machine room 40 is formed, the lower side of the storage space is formed with a low solder 30 is formed a separate storage space.

The rear wall surface of the storage space is provided with a duct cover 100 for discharging cold air in the storage space.

Referring to FIG. 2, the duct cover 100 installed on the rear wall surface of the storage space is divided into an upper region and a lower region. The lower region of the duct cover 100 forms a wall 110, and the upper region of the duct cover 100 protrudes and bends in the front direction than the lower region of the duct cover 100 to form the protruding surface 120.

Protruding surface 120 is formed in the upper region of the duct cover 100, the mounting groove 125 is formed in the center.

The seating recess 125 has a rear surface, a top surface, and a bottom surface thereof, and holes 127 are formed at both sides thereof.

The lamp cover 200 is fastened to the seating groove 125.

The lamp cover 200 has a deodorant cover hole 210 formed at the center thereof. Deodorant cover 400 is fastened to the deodorant cover hole.

The scattering portion 221 is formed on the surface 220 of the lamp cover 200.

4 and 5, the scattering portion 221 of the lamp cover 200 is formed in a continuous groove of the "V" shape on the surface by V-cut processing.

When the lamp cover 200 is viewed from the front, the scattering unit 221 may be expressed in various shapes. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, it may be formed in a circle shape, and the “V” shape may be formed in other shapes such as “U” shape in addition to the continuous groove.

The light irradiated from the lamp 310 is bent by the scattering unit 221 having a “V” shape, and the light is irradiated to the lower side of the storage space.

The inclined surface of the "V" groove formed in the scattering unit 221 not only scatters the light, but also overlaps or interferes with the light, thereby colorfully decorating the lamp cover 200.

Hooks 240 are formed on upper and lower sides of the lamp cover 200, and the hooks 240 formed on the lamp cover 200 are hooked to the hook holes 129 formed in the seating recess 125.

Fitting pieces 230 are formed at both sides of the lamp cover 200, and when the lamp cover 200 is fastened to the duct cover 100, the fitting pieces 230 are fitted into the holes 127.

Referring to FIG. 2 again, a light source 300 for irradiating light between the rear surface of the seating recess 125 and the lamp cover 200 is formed.

The light source unit 300 is fastened to the duct cover 100 at the rear side of the protruding surface 120.

A plurality of lamps 310 are formed in the light source unit 300. The lamp 310 irradiates light between the ram cover 200 and the rear surface of the mounting recess 125 through the hole 127 formed in the mounting recess 125.

The lamp is preferably an LED lamp, but is not limited thereto.

A fastening hole 330 is formed at the side of the light source 300 to couple the light source 300 to the duct cover 100 through a screw (not shown).

An upper cold air outlet 131 is formed at an upper side of the protruding surface 120 of the duct cover 100, and first side cold air outlets 133 are formed at both sides of the protruding surface 120.

The lower cold air outlet 132 is formed below the wall surface 110 of the duct cover 100, and the second side cold air outlet 134 is formed on both side surfaces of the wall surface 110.

Cool air is blown into the storage space through the upper cold air outlet 131, the lower cold air outlet 132, the first side cold air outlet 133, and the second side cold air outlet 134 formed in the duct cover 100.

Referring to FIG. 3, the surface inclined portion 222 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the lamp cover 200 on the surface of the lamp cover 200. The cross section in the width direction of the surface inclined portion 222 is formed such that two inclined portions having a predetermined angle meet each other.

The surface inclined portion 222 is formed to scatter light emitted from the lamp 310 to the upper side and the lower side of the lamp cover 200.

The lighting apparatus of the refrigerator according to the present invention can be used in the lighting apparatus of the refrigerator for evenly irradiating the light of the lamp to the storage space of the refrigerator.
