a. 다시마분말 100중량부당, 마른멸치분말 63내지 83중량부와 서목태분말 63내지 83중량부와 인진쑥분말 33내지 43중량부와 솔잎분말 13내지 17중량부와 홍화씨분말 3.7내지 5.0중량부를 혼합하는 제1단계와;a.
