To this end, one side of the display device is provided with a terminal unit to which the other device can be connected.

The terminal unit is provided with a plurality of terminals, and the plurality of terminals are formed to have various arrangements according to the type of the display apparatus, the structure of the cover, the regulation of the market, and the like. In addition, an insulating sheet for preventing the electric current between the terminals is coupled to the terminal unit. The insulating sheet has a plurality of terminal holes corresponding to the positions of the terminals so that the terminals can be fitted.

However, the above conventional technology has the following problems.

In the case of the terminal units having different arrangements of the terminals, since the positions of the holes into which the terminals are inserted are different from each other, an insulating sheet suitable for each terminal unit is required. Therefore, the manufacturer has to prepare a variety of insulating sheets, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases.

In addition, there is a problem in that the insulating sheet is exposed between the covers of the display device to reduce the appearance quality.

In addition, the insulating sheet is attached to the terminal unit by adhesion, but if time passes, the adhesive force is lowered, a part of the insulating sheet is separated from the terminal unit may cause problems such as sustain noise, EMI.

In addition, the terminal hole is formed larger than the diameter of the terminal for smooth assembly, in this case, the deviation occurs in the bonding position of the insulating sheet according to the operator may adversely affect the luxurious image of the product.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a display device having an insulation bracket that can be applied regardless of the arrangement of the terminals.

In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a display device that can reduce the manufacturing cost by preventing the development of a plurality of insulating members according to the arrangement of the terminal.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a display device in which the reliability of a product is maintained by bonding the insulating bracket to a terminal without using an adhesive.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a display device in which appearance quality is improved by shielding the periphery of the terminal so that the configuration inside the cover is not exposed.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a display device having a terminal unit having the same insulating performance regardless of the worker.

A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object, the display module for displaying an image; A terminal unit having a plurality of terminals for outputting or receiving signals to an external device on a plate; A cover surrounding the display module and the terminal unit and having a terminal hole formed to expose the terminal to the outside; And an insulating bracket made of an insulating material that is forcibly fitted to each of the terminals, wherein the insulating bracket includes: a seating part that is in close contact with the plate; Protruding portion is formed protruding from the seating portion in the cover direction, the projection is forcibly fitted to the terminal is included.

According to the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, by providing an insulating bracket coupled to each terminal irrespective of the arrangement of the terminals, there is an effect that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In addition, since the insulating bracket is forcibly fitted to the terminal, there is an advantage that the insulating performance can be maintained even when used for a long time.

In addition, since the terminal unit is coupled to the back cover while the insulation bracket is coupled to the terminal, the terminal unit is not exposed to the outside of the product, thereby improving appearance quality.

In addition, there is an effect that a terminal unit having the same insulation performance is provided regardless of the worker.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In the present embodiment, a circular AV terminal for video and audio signals will be described as an example. Hereinafter, the terminal 22 is used to collectively refer to any type of terminal.

The terminal 22 may have various arrangements due to various reasons such as the shape of the cover 11, the position of the input / output unit 20, the type of the display device 1, and the regulation of the market. For example, the arrangement of the terminals 22 when the input / output unit 20 is provided at the bottom lower end of the cover 11 and when the input / output unit 20 is provided on the side surface of the cover 11 may be configured differently. have.

A cable (not shown) corresponding to each shape is connected to the terminal 22, and the display device 1 may exchange signals with the external devices through the cable.

In addition, an insulating bracket 30 is fitted to the terminal 22. The insulating bracket 30 is formed in a shape that can be forcibly fitted with the terminal 22 and is formed of a non-conductive material for insulation. The detailed structure of the insulating bracket 30 will be described later.

Hereinafter, an assembling process of the input / output unit 20 and a detailed structure of the insulating bracket 30 will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the coupling between the terminal unit and the insulating bracket and the cover of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a side cross-sectional view taken along line II ′ of FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the insulating bracket of FIG. 1. 6 is a cross-sectional side view taken along the line II-II 'of FIG.

3 to 6, a terminal unit 21 having a plurality of terminals 22 formed therein is coupled to the inside of the cover 11.

The terminal unit 21 may be formed by coupling the plurality of terminals 22 to a plate 23 formed in parallel with the cover 11. In this case, the terminals 22 may be disposed such that distances between adjacent terminals in the left and right or up and down directions are equal to each other. That is, the plurality of terminals 22 may be arranged at equal intervals in one direction. The terminal 22 protrudes a predetermined length so as to penetrate the cover 11 and be exposed to the outside.

In addition, the insulating bracket 30 is fitted to the terminal 22. The insulating bracket 30 includes a seating portion 31 in close contact with the plate 23 and a protrusion 33 protruding a predetermined length from a center portion of the seating portion 31.

In detail, the seating portion 31 and the protrusion 33 are formed of a non-conductive material so as to prevent conduction between the terminals 22. The seating portion 31 and the protrusion 33 may be integrally formed, and may be double injection molded to be formed of different materials. For example, the seating part 31 may be formed of an insulating plastic material, and the protrusion part 33 may be formed of a rubber material.

The seating part 31 may be formed in a rectangular shape, and a hole connected to the protrusion part 33 is formed at the center thereof. In addition, fitting grooves 311 and fitting protrusions 313 may be formed on side surfaces of the seating part 31 facing each other. In detail, the fitting groove 311 is recessed in a predetermined depth from one side of the seating portion 31 toward the center of the seating portion 31, and the fitting protrusion 313 corresponds to the fitting groove 311. It is formed to protrude in a shape corresponding to the depth of the fitting groove 311 in the position. Accordingly, the fitting protrusion 313 of any one of the insulating brackets 30 may be fitted into the fitting grooves 311 of the adjacent insulating bracket 30.

In addition, the fitting groove 311 and the fitting protrusion 313 are formed in pairs on the side facing each other, both pairs may be formed when the seating portion 31 has a rectangular shape.

In this case, the side length of the seating portion 31 may be formed to correspond to the distance between the terminals (22). Therefore, when the terminals 22 are arranged at equal intervals, the insulating brackets 30 coupled to the respective terminals 22 may be connected to each other by coupling the fitting protrusion 313 and the fitting groove 311. . In detail, when an insulation bracket is fitted to a specific terminal, the insulation bracket may be fitted to the terminal adjacent to the specific terminal such that the fitting protrusion is fitted into the fitting groove of the insulation bracket fitted to the specific terminal.

As such, since the insulating brackets 30 are provided to be connected to each other, they may have the same insulating performance as the conventional insulating sheet. In addition, since the insulating bracket 30 is individually coupled to each terminal 22, the insulating bracket 30 may be used regardless of the arrangement of the terminals 22. In other words, even if the terminal 22 is disposed in any shape, the same insulating performance as that of the insulating sheet can be obtained using the insulating bracket 30 without the need for forming a separate insulating member corresponding thereto.

In addition, the seating portion 31 is formed to be at least larger than the size of the terminal hole 111 to be described later so that the internal configuration is not exposed to the outside of the cover 11.

On the other hand, the protrusion 33 is provided in the central portion of the seating portion 31, is formed to protrude in the cover 10 direction. The protrusion 33 is formed to protrude in a shorter length than the terminal 22 so that a part of the terminal 22 is exposed to the outside. In addition, the protrusion 33 is formed to correspond to the shape and size of the terminal 22 so that the terminal 22 can be forcibly fitted.

The protrusion 33 is formed of a material that is elastically deformable so that the insulating bracket 30 can be forcibly fitted to the terminal 22. In addition, the protrusion 33 may be formed of an elastic material having a predetermined hardness or more to maintain the fastening force of the insulating bracket 30. For example, the insulating bracket 30 may be formed of rubber having a hardness of 30 to 50 Hs.

An insertion hole 35 through which the terminal 22 may pass is formed at the center of the protrusion 33. The inner surface of the protrusion 33 forming the insertion hole 35 has a central direction of the insertion hole 35 than an inlet (left side in FIG. 6) or an outlet (right side in FIG. 6) of the insertion hole 35. Protruding portion 331 may be formed. That is, the diameter of the pressing portion 331 may be formed smaller than the diameter of the inlet or outlet of the insertion hole (35). The pressing unit 331 presses the outer circumferential surface of the terminal 22 so that the insulating bracket 30 is forcibly fitted to the terminal 22 to maintain the fastening state, and the pressing portion 331 is larger than the diameter of the terminal 22. It can be formed in a small size. In this case, the inlet of the insertion hole 35 may be formed to have a size larger than the diameter of the terminal 22 so that the terminal 22 can be guided smoothly into the insertion hole 35.

In addition, as described above, the protrusion 33 may be formed of a material different from the seating part 31, which may be formed by a double injection molding method.

The worker presses the terminal 22 into the insertion hole 35 so that the seating portion 31 is in close contact with the plate 23. After the insulating bracket 30 is coupled to the terminal unit 21, the terminal unit 21 is coupled to the cover 11.

The cover 11 is formed with a terminal hole 111 to correspond to the number and position of the terminals 22. End portions of the protruding portion 33 and the terminal 22 penetrate the terminal hole 111 to protrude a predetermined length to the outside. In addition, the terminal hole 111 is formed to correspond to the diameter and shape of the outer circumferential surface of the protrusion 33. Therefore, the terminal 22 is not in contact with the cover 11, thereby improving the electricity supply prevention reliability. In addition, when the terminal hole 111 is observed from the outside, an internal configuration may be shielded by the seating part 31 to give a neat image, thereby improving appearance quality of the display apparatus 1.

According to the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, since the insulating bracket 30 can be coupled to each terminal 22 irrespective of the arrangement of the terminals 22, an insulation object can be achieved. The cost of designing and manufacturing the insulating sheet according to the terminal arrangement type can be saved.

In addition, since the insulating bracket 30 only needs to be inserted into the terminal 22, workability is improved and the same quality can be maintained regardless of the worker.

In addition, since a part of the insulating bracket 30 is formed of an elastic material to be firmly inserted into the terminal 22, the fastening force may be maintained even when used for a long time, so that the insulating performance may be kept constant.

The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the embodiments may be changed, added, or deleted within the scope of the spirit of the present invention.
