Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a prefabricated case, and in particular, consisting of a pair of case parts having a circular cross section, such as a pipe or tube for transporting fluid or the like inside, or a circular shape including a container or a housing for accommodating various articles, etc. A prefabricated case of a cross section and a method of using the same.
As used herein, the term 'case' is defined as a term including a container such as a pipe or a tube formed such that a fluid or the like is conveyed therein and a container such as a container or a housing used for storing, containing or protecting various articles. do.
The case is variously embodied in a polygonal structure such as a cross section or a square, and a single body forms a complete case, while a pair of case parts composed of an inner case and an outer case are assembled together to form a complete case. Some form. Among these, the present invention relates to a prefabricated case having a circular cross section in which a pair of case parts having a circular cross section are assembled with each other to form a complete case.
Representatives for the prefabricated case of a circular cross section known in the art are illustrated as corrugated pipes in the accompanying drawings, FIGS. 1 and 2 and FIGS. 3A-3C. The prefabricated case illustrated is divided into an
However, such a conventional prefabricated case has the following problems. First, in order to insert the accommodation object M into the
The present invention has been developed to improve the conventional problems as described above, to provide a prefabricated case of a circular cross-section that can easily insert the receiving object therein without causing deformation and buckling in the case. Has a main purpose.
In another aspect, the present invention is to provide a prefabricated case of a circular cross-section that can be made of the same thickness as the entire circumferential surface can reduce the material cost, and can be easily assembled.
The present invention also has another object to provide a method of using the prefabricated case as described above.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, the first incision is formed in the longitudinal direction penetrating the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface on one side of the circumferential inner portion to accommodate the receiving object therein while the first incision is opened elastically A circular cross section including a case and an outer case which is formed on one side of the circumferential portion and penetrates the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface in the longitudinal direction and is assembled to the outer circumferential surface of the inner case while the second incision is elastically opened. In the prefabricated case of the first case, the first notched groove is formed in the longitudinal direction of the inner case on the inner circumferential surface or the outer circumferential surface of the other side of the inner case, the inner circumferential surface or the outer circumferential surface of the other side of the outer case in the longitudinal direction of the outer case It provides a prefabricated case having a circular cross section, characterized in that the second notch groove is formed. Particularly, the first notch groove is formed at a portion symmetrical to the first cutout with respect to the center point of the circumference of the inner case, and the second notch groove is formed on the center point of the circumference of the outer case. It may be formed at a site symmetric to the incision. In addition, a plurality of first notch grooves and a plurality of second notch grooves may be formed.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the inner case and the outer case of the circular cross-section, respectively, extrusion molding, the first cut portion penetrating the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface on one side of the circumference of the inner case is formed in the longitudinal direction and the other side of the circumference of the inner case The first notch groove is formed in the longitudinal direction of the inner circumferential surface of the outer case, and the second cut-out portion penetrating the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface is formed at one side of the circumferential portion of the outer case in the longitudinal direction, and in the longitudinal direction at the inner circumferential surface of the other circumferential portion of the outer case. Extrusion molding to form a second notch groove, elastically opening the first cutout portion of the inner case, inserting an accommodation object into the inner case, and elastically cutting the second cutout portion of the outer case Assembling the outer case on the outer circumferential surface of the inner case while opening the second cutout of the outer case; Finishing the process to complete the prefabricated case of the circular cross-section, and provides a method of using the prefabricated case of the circular cross-section consisting of cutting and winding the completed prefabricated case to a desired length. In particular, the inner case and the outer case may be tightened so that the first cutout portion and the second cutout portion are positioned at positions not overlapping each other, and the first notch groove and the second notch groove are positioned at positions not overlapping each other. It is preferable to lip. In addition, the finishing treatment of the second cut portion may be made by any one method of heat fusion, adhesive coating, band bonding.
According to the present invention configured as described above, by being provided with a notched groove that is opened or restored with the incision, the incision is easy to open when the insertion of the receiving object or the assembly of the inner case and the outer case is easy to assemble, the inner case and There is an effect that can minimize or prevent deformation and buckling caused by the diameter change and distortion of the outer case.
In addition, according to the present invention, due to the notch groove formed in the inner case and the outer case corresponding to the incision, the incision can be opened at a sufficient angle to form a smaller width of the incision, thereby There is an effect of improving the adhesion.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the notch grooves formed in the inner case and the outer case respectively are opened or restored together with the incision, the protrusions conventionally formed to compensate for the stress concentrated on the opposite circumferential surface of the incision are unnecessary. Both the inner case and the outer case can be manufactured with the same thickness of the circumferential surface. Therefore, the material cost and the mold cost is reduced compared to the conventional.

Since the
7A to 7D are cross-sectional views illustrating the assembling process of the prefabricated case as described above.
First, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the
8, 9, and 10 are cross-sectional views corresponding to FIG. 7C showing a second embodiment, a third embodiment, and a fourth embodiment of the prefabricated case of the present invention, respectively.
In the first embodiment described above, the
In addition, in the first and second embodiments, the
In addition, in the above embodiments, the
Figure 11 illustrates a method of use including a fabrication process for the prefabricated case of the present invention as described above, the prefabricated case of the first embodiment as an example will be described for each process as follows.
First, a raw material such as plastic is introduced into an extrusion molding machine, and then extrusion molded into an
Using the
Thereafter, the
Finally, the prefabricated case completed as described above is cut and wound to the required length.
