주전자의 바깥부분에 얼음통이 들어갈만한 공간이 있어서 얼음통을 연결함으로써 주전자의 내용물의 온도를 유지시킬수 있다
주전자는 일반 주전자이지만 몸통부분이 얼음통만한 크기로 안쪽으루 들어가 있어 얼음통을 끼워 넣을 수 있다.
일단 주전자를 만들때 바깥쪽에서 안쪽으루 얼음통이 들어갈만한 공간만큼 안쪽으루 들어간다. 하지만 안쪽의 공간을 다 막지 않으므로 주전자 안의 액체는 그 사이로 흐를 수 있게한다. 얼음통은 구 모양으로 주전자와 연결 분리 할 수 있게한다,
