Abstract
The present invention is intended to always ensure the accuracy and precision of the water system to be weighed, which is an original function of the electronic balance, by blocking the error of the electronic scale that may be caused by the static electricity generated in the weighing object in advance. Therefore, by utilizing a plasma ion generator that generates a positive ion and negative ions in the air by applying a high voltage to the ion generator 10, a high voltage pulse is emitted in the air to generate positive ions and negative ions. The ion discharge ports 11 and 11a are distributed on the upper portion of the metering plate to remove static electricity generated by the object through a neutralization process. The original function of the electronic scale will be able to perform accurately and precisely, and especially in the electronic scale used for the trace amount measurement, it will be possible to obtain a more stable result by eliminating the noise caused by the generation of static electricity.
Description
The present invention is an invention related to the removal and prevention of static electricity generated in the weighing object when measuring electronic balance.
Ion generator
In an electronic scale for weighing an article placed on a weighing dish using an electronic device, the accuracy and precision of the weight of the article to be weighed must always be ensured. Electronic scales generally consist of a load cell, a circuit that converts the analog signal obtained from the load cell into a digital signal, converts the digital signal into a number by a predetermined method, and a display unit displaying the number. When the load cell is loaded, it is common to measure the amount of deformation of the elastic body using a change in electrical resistance. Therefore, it reacts sensitively to the static electricity generated in the weighing object of the electronic balance and has a great influence on the accuracy and precision of the measured value. Current electronic scales are being used to ignore the effects of static electricity, or some are measured by installing a static electricity removal device to remove the static electricity. Therefore, the present invention is intended to always ensure the accuracy and precision of the water system to be weighed, which is the original function of the electronic balance, by blocking the error of the electronic scale that may be caused by the static electricity generated in the weighing object in advance.
