본 고안은 스마트폰과 같은 터치스크린의 화면을 이동하거나, 문자를 입력할 때,손가락에 끼워서 사용할 수 있는 돌출부를 갖는 터치 펜에 관한 것이다. 종래의 스마트 폰과 같은 터치스크린의 화면을 이동하거나, 문자를 입력할 때, 화면에 손가락을 대고 움직이거나, 눌러서 입력한다. 또는 스타일러스와 같은 펜을 손에 쥐고 화면을 이동시키거나, 문자를 입력한다. 하지만, 화면에 손가락을 터치하는 곳의 정밀도가 떨어지거나, 펜을 손에 쥐고 문자를 정확하게 입력하는데 펜이 작아 불편하다. 본 고안은 본 발명은 스마트 폰과 같은 터치스크린의 화면을 정밀하게 이동하거나, 문자를 정확히 입력하는데 사용된다.
