Abstract
본 스프린트는 오랜 기간(4주～6주) 스프린트를 사용할 경우 공기가 잘 통하지 않아 피부의 가려움증이나 악취 발생 요인을 줄이고 환자의 불편함을 줄이는 것에 관한 것으로, 상지 에어메쉬 원단은 통풍이 잘되고 솔향을 에어메쉬 원단에 가공하여 은은한 솔향이 환자의 스트레스 및 긴장완화에 도움이 되고, 하지 부직포의 은나노 가공으로 항균력(99.9％)이 우수하여 피부의 가려움증이나 피부자극을 줄이는 효과를 가져온다.
Description
스프린트는 뼈나 인대 접질림(염좌) 등의 질환에 적용되어 환자의 환부보호와 안전하게 지지, 고정해주는 목적으로 사용되는 반 깁스 형태의 부목으로 상지 에어메쉬 원단과 하지 부직포 사이에 폴리우레탄 수경화성 합성수지를 폴리에스테르 또는 유리섬유 원단 8겹에 도포하여 만든다. 본 스프린트는 상지 에어메쉬 원단에 솔향 가공과 피부에 닿는 하지 부직포의 은나노 가공에 관한 것이다.
기존의 스프린트는 오랜 기간 사용할 경우 피부에 공기가 잘 통하지 않아서 피부의 가려움증이나 역한 냄새가 많이 나는 문제점이 있었다.
오랜 기간(4주～6주) 스프린트를 사용할 경우 공기가 잘 통하지 않아 피부의 가려움증이나 악취 발생 요인을 줄이고 환자의 불편함을 줄이는데 목적이 있다.
피부에 직접 닿는 하지 부직포의 은나노 가공으로 항균력(99.9％)이 우수하고, 상지 에어메쉬 원단으로 통풍성이 좋고 솔향 가공을 함으로 악취발생을 현격히 줄였다.
본 스프린트는 피부에 직접 닿는 부직포의 은나노 가공으로 항균효과(99.9％)가 있어 피부의 가려움증이나 피부 자극이 적고, 상지의 에어메쉬 원단 사용으로 통풍이 잘되고 솔향을 에어메쉬 원단에 가공하여 은은한 솔향으로 환자의 스트레스 및 긴장완화에 도움이 된다.
도면은 실제 사용하는 스프린트로 솔향 가공된 상지 에어메쉬(초록색)와 지지체(폴리에스터,유리섬유) 8겹, 은나노 가공된 부직포를 양면 테이프로 붙여서 만든 제품
지지체(폴리에스터,유리섬유) 8겹에 폴리우레탄 수지를 도포한 후 솔향 가공된 에어메쉬 원단과 은나노 가공된 부직포를 양면테이프로 접착하여 만든다.
