Abstract

양면테이프 사용시 이형지 제거의 편리성을 위해 접착면을 부분적으로 도포하여 이형지 제거시 접착면이 없는 여백 부분을 이용하여 이형지를 쉽게 분리하고자 한다.

이형지 제거가 편리한 양면테이프{easy separation double-coated tape}
본 발명은 양면테이프 접착부 이형지 분리가 용이 하도록 하기 위함

양면테이프로 접착 후 이형지를 제거하기가 무척 까다롭다. 특히 여러조각으로 절단하여 작업하는 경우에는 이형지를 분리하려다가 접착대상물이 찢어지거나 작업시간이 오래걸리고 불편을 느끼게 된다. 이에 양면테이프의 이형지가 쉽게 분리될 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
양면테이프의 간편한 이형지 분리
양면테이프 접착 후 접착대상물에서 양면테이프 이형지를 쉽게 분리할 수 있다. 여러 조각으로 절단하여 사용하는 경우에도 절단면 모서리에는 접착면이 없는 여백부위가 있어서 이형지 분리가 쉽다.

기존 양면테이프(b-1)의 경우 접착면(c)가 접착대상과 이형지 사이에서 여백없이 도포되어 있어 이형지 분리시 잘 분리되 않는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 고안 (b-2)와 같이 접착면(c)를 부분적으로 도포하여 이형지 분리시 접착면이 없는 여백부분(d)는 쉽게 이형지가 분리 될수 있다. 또한 도면 b-3과 같이 접착면(c)가 각각 연결되어 있어 이형지 분리중 접착면이 서로 단락되는것을 방지한다. 부착면(c)는 그물망과 같이 서로연결 되어있어 이형지 없이도 형태를 유지하도록 하였으며 특히 양면테이프를 어느 방향으로 절단하여 사용하여도 접착부 여백부분이 발생하여 손쉽게 이형지를 분리할 수 있다.
