본 고안은 수술후 봉합사를 이용한 봉합시 술자가 직접 봉합후 기구를 바꾸지 않고 바로 봉합사를 절단 할 수 있도록 고안된 기구이다.The present invention is a device designed to allow a surgeon to cut a suture without changing the device directly after sutures.

일반적인 수술 후 봉합시 술자가 봉합을 하고 보조원이 술자의 명령에 의해 봉합사를 자르게 되는데, 보조원의 경우 시야가 제약되어 술자에 비해 정확하고 신속한 봉합사 절단이 어려운 경우가 있다. 이를 개선하고자 술자가 봉합시 항상 들고있는 지침기에 가위를 더하여 술자가 기구를 바꾸지 않고 직접 봉합사를 절단할 수 있도록 하여 수술후 봉합을 원활히 하고자 본 고안을 하였다.When the surgeon sutures after general surgery, the surgeon sutures and the assistant cuts the sutures by the operator's command.
