Claims (12)
- 아스팔트 40∼70 중량부;물 30∼60 중량부;계면활성제 5∼10 중량부; 및자외선경화제 0.5∼10 중량부로 구성된 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 양이온 계면활성제, 음이온 계면활성제, 비이온 계면활성제 또는 양쪽이온 계면활성제 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선경화제가 수용성 광개시제인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유화아스팔트는 양이온 유화아스팔트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 광개시제는 음이온계로서 벤조익산나트륨(sodium benzoate), 벤조페논설폰산나트륨(sodium benzophenone sulfonate), 벤질설폰산나트륨(sodium benzil sulfonate), 티옥산나트륨(sodium thioxanthonate) 중 에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 광개시제는 양이온계로서 벤조페논암모늄염소(benzophenone trimethylammonium chloride), 벤질암모늄염소(benzil trimethylammonium chloride), 티온산톤암모늄염소(thioxanthone trimethylammonium chloride) 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물.
- 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물 제조방법에 있어서,물 30-60 중량부와 유화제 5-10 중량부를 섞고 교반하는 유화수 준비 단계;아스팔트 40∼70 중량부를 가열하는 단계,가열된 아스팔트를 유화수에 부어 넣고 교반하는 유화아스팔트 준비 단계; 및제조된 유화아스팔트에 자외선경화제 0.5-10 중량부를 혼입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물을 이용한 도로포장시, 도로 위에 다져진 골재 위에 상기 조성물이 뿌려져 롤링 다짐하여 포장이 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 자외선경화제가 수용성 광개시제인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유화아스팔트는 양이온 유화아스팔트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물 제조방법.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 광개시제는 양이온계로서 벤조페논암모늄염소(benzophenone trimethylammonium chloride), 벤질암모늄염소(benzil trimethylammonium chloride), 티온산톤암모늄염소(thioxanthone trimethylammonium chloride) 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 유화아스팔트 조성물 제조방법.
