IPTV (Internet Protocol Television), an interactive television service provided using a high-speed Internet network, is commercially available. By providing a variety of services by connecting the Internet to such a bidirectional broadcast receiving apparatus, the user can selectively acquire data desired by the user instead of only a conventional one-side data receiving side.

As such, the user may selectively view various contents in addition to the user interface such as changing the selection of a general broadcast channel. Therefore, in providing contents such as various audio and video that a user can watch, a provider who provides contents is required to provide some contents for a fee. Such paid content is paid for a certain period of time for the latest movie or the latest music, and may be converted into free content after a predetermined period of time.
