Field of invention

The present invention relates to a hanger manufacturing apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a clothes hanger manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a disposable hanger using a wire, and a wire supply device for smoothly supplying a wire, and a clothes hanger manufacturing apparatus using the same.

Background of the Invention

The apparatus for manufacturing a laundry hanger ('disposable hanger') using wire as a raw material has a different structure according to a manufacturing company, and has been developed in a simpler and more efficient direction. In other words, the hanger manufacturing apparatus is an automated machine that continuously supplies wire to manufacture one hanger per second.

The hanger manufacturing apparatus continuously supplies the wire wound in the form of a bundle, cuts the supplied wire by the length corresponding to one hanger, bending the cut wire into a hanger shape, and bending the finished hanger to automatically manufacture the hanger. It will be removed from the device and collected.

Since the hanger manufacturing apparatus thus far operates at a speed that is enough to produce one hanger per second, the probability of failure in various parts is increased. For example, in order for a hanger to be manufactured normally, the wire must be supplied smoothly, the supplied wire must be cut accurately, and the cut wire must be bent in place on the parts of the manufacturing apparatus. If the wire is not fed smoothly, is not cut correctly or is not in place, it will produce a defective product or stop the automated process. Therefore, from the supply of wire, cutting, bending and discharging process must be carried out completely so that the hanger can be manufactured continuously without stopping the automation process.

Hanger manufacturing apparatus has a problem from the wire supply device because the wire must be supplied at a high speed from the wire bundle. In other words, the wire from the wire bundle should be smoothly released and supplied to the hanger manufacturing apparatus, this operation is not easy to smooth. The reason is that the wire for hangers is a wire having a diameter of about 2 to 3 mm and has a considerable strength, so that it is not easy to supply a wire wound in a bundle form in a straight line. In other words, in the wire feeder of the conventional hanger manufacturing apparatus, when the wire passes through the wire feeder, the wire does not pass smoothly, tangling with each other appears, and when tangling occurs, the device is stopped to remove the tangled wire and then the device is removed. It should work again. This drawback leads to increased defect rates and reduced yields.

One way to solve this drawback is to place a wire bundle wound in a bundle onto a rotating disc and rotate the rotating disc to match the feed rate of the wire. However, in this method, a rotating disc and a driving means for rotating the rotating disc should be further provided, and even if such means are installed, the problem of wire entanglement could not be completely solved.

Therefore, the present inventors have developed a new wire feeder according to the present invention to develop a wire feeder that does not entangle at all even without additional equipment such as a rotating disc.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a wire supply device capable of smoothly supplying wires to the automated clothes hanger without the entanglement of wires continuously.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a wire supply device for a hanger manufacturing apparatus that can reduce the defective rate and increase the production efficiency by supplying the clothes hanger without tangling the wire.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a hanger manufacturing apparatus is attached to the wire supply apparatus according to the present invention.

The above and other objects of the present invention can be achieved by the present invention described in detail below.

Summary of the Invention

It is characterized by consisting of (1).

A protective cover 5 is further provided on the outside of the idler roller 1 through which the wire 100 passes, thereby preventing the wire from being separated. It is preferable that the idler roller has a concave groove shape so that the wire is smoothly supplied.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the contents of the present invention.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a hanger manufacturing apparatus for producing a disposable hanger using a wire, and a wire supply device for smoothly supplying a wire and a hanger manufacturing apparatus using the same.

In order for a hanger to be manufactured normally, the wire must be smoothly supplied, the wire supplied must be cut accurately, and the cut wire must be bent in place in the manufacturing apparatus. If the wire is not fed smoothly, is not cut correctly or is not in place, it will produce a defective product or stop the automated process. Therefore, from the supply of wire, cutting, bending and discharging process must be carried out completely so that the hanger can be manufactured continuously without stopping the automatization process.

1 is a schematic perspective view of a hanger manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention.

The wire 100 wound in the form of a bundle is supported by the wire supply die 10 and is supplied to the wire supply device 20. Since the wire wound in the form of a bundle is curved, it must be unfolded in a straight line to make a hanger. The wire 100 is unfolded in a straight state in a curved state while passing through the wire straightening devices 30A and 30B. The straight wires must be pulled with sufficient force and fed into the hanger making body, which is done by the wire take-off device 40. The wire take-out device 40 is composed of two pairs of pressure rollers, which can be smoothly drawn out because they rotate while being pressed together.

The wire take-off device 40 is repeatedly operated and stopped by the first cam structure (not shown). When the wire take-out device 40 is operated by the cam structure, the wire having a length corresponding to one hanger is provided. 100 is withdrawn. After the wire take-off is operated once, it is stopped by the cam structure. Cam structure in the hanger manufacturing apparatus of the present invention can be easily understood by those of ordinary skill in the art or mechanical engineering.

When the wire drawing device 40 stops operating, the cutter 50 is immediately operated on the second cam structure (not shown) to cut the wire.

The supplied wire and the cut wire should be laid so that it is fixed to the lower base 60.

The lower base 60 on which the cut wires are placed is moved upwards by a third cam structure (not shown), so that the cut wires 100 are fixed between the lower base 60 and the upper base 70. Let it bite

The pair of bending rolls 80A and 80B located at both ends of the lower base 60 move toward the upper base 70, and the cut wire 100 is bent in a hanger shape. The operation of the pair of bending rolls 80A, 80B is repeatedly performed by a fourth cam structure (not shown).

Subsequently, a pair of bending rolls 90A and 90B are bent by the fifth cam structure (not shown) to form the upper shape of the hanger while bending the cut wire 100 above the fixing member 75. The pair of bending rolls 90A and 90B repeats operation by a fifth cam structure (not shown).

When the operation by the pair of bending rolls 90A, 90B is completed, the ends of the cut wires remain upright, with one strand short and the other strand long. This is no problem because the manufacturing apparatus is designed to do so in advance, cutting the wires.

The twisting device 110 descends from the top to twist the upright two strands of wire 100. Inside the twisting device 110, a groove is formed so that two wires 100 can be inserted therein, and the two twisting wires 110 are twisted while the twisting device 110 rotates. In order for the wire to be twisted while the twisting device is rotated, the groove into which the wire 100 is inserted should be made in a long hole shape, which is also known in a conventional hanger manufacturing apparatus. The twisting device 110 descends to insert the two strands of wire 100 into the center groove, rotates to twist the two strands of wire, and rises upwards again to break away from the wire 100, which operation is sixth. Advance by cam structure (not shown).

When the two strands of wire 100 are twisted together, a hanger loop must be formed, which consists of two processes. First, the support roll 120 is moved from the left side of the manufacturing apparatus to the right side so as to form a ring portion. Next, as the bending roll 130 rotates along the outer circumference of the support roll 120, the wire 100 is bent, whereby a ring portion is formed. When the support roll 120 is moved from left to right and the manufactured hanger is discharged, the support roll 120 is moved from right to left again so as not to disturb the next operation, which is caused by a seventh cam structure (not shown). It is repeated repeatedly. And the operation of the bending roll 130 is repeatedly performed by the eighth cam structure (not shown).

When the hanger is completed by the operation of the bending roll 130, the manufactured hanger should be separated from the manufacturing apparatus and discharged. Discharge members 141, 142, and 143 operate simultaneously to discharge the manufactured hangers. That is, the discharge member 141 is waiting on the rear side of the hanger wire 100, and then pushes the hanger wire 100 forward while protruding forward. And the discharge member 142, 143 is in close contact with both ends of the upper base 70 from the rear side of the hanger wire 100, and then protrudes toward the front, and at the same time push the hanger wire forward.

The clothes hanger discharged by the discharge members 141, 142, 143 is collected in order by hooking the support rods (not shown) by installing the support rods (not shown) in front of the loop portions. The discharge members 141, 142, 143 are connected to one cam structure and operate simultaneously, and are repeatedly operated by a ninth cam structure (not shown).

Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of the hanger manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, the guide 150 may be properly installed so that the wire 100 can be supplied smoothly. In FIG. 1, it can be seen that the cam 65 is installed in the front surface of the main body of the third cam structure so as to repeatedly move the lower base 60 up and down. The remaining cam structure is installed on the rear or inside of the manufacturing apparatus body.

Figure 2 is a schematic diagram showing the main process of the hanger is manufactured by the hanger manufacturing apparatus of the present invention in order. 2 (A) is a diagram in which the wire 100 having a length corresponding to one hanger is cut and supplied, and (B) is a pair of bending rolls in which the lower base 60 is in close contact with the upper base 70. The primary bending by the 80A, 80B is a drawing, the secondary bending by the pair of bending rolls (90A, 90B) is a drawing, (D) is twisted by the twisting device (110). This is a view of the completed state, (E) is a view of the state in which the ring portion is formed, (F) is a view of the state of discharging the completed hanger by the discharge member (141, 142, 143). The length of the wire for manufacturing one hanger is about 110 cm.

As shown in FIG. 2 (D), at the time when the secondary bending occurs by the pair of bending rolls 90A and 90B, the lower base 60 has already moved downward to its original position, and the next step thereon is performed. Wire 100A is already supplied.

Through the above process, a disposable hanger is automatically manufactured. The manufactured hanger is then subjected to a paint process, which is a process to produce a hanger as a product. The paint process is to be coated by powder coating or immersed in a paint bath, which is a post process of the present invention and is not related to the present invention.

In the wire feeder of the conventional hanger manufacturing device, when the wire passes through the wire feeder, the wire does not pass smoothly, tangling with each other occurs, and when tangling occurs, the device is stopped to remove the tangled wire and then operate the device again. I had to. Therefore, the present invention has developed a wire supply device 20 having a new structure to solve this drawback. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a wire supply apparatus for a hanger manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention.

Wire supply device 20 for a hanger manufacturing apparatus of the present invention is fixed to the frame 300 and a pair of through members (2, 3) formed with holes to penetrate the wire 100 to the center while maintaining a predetermined interval ), The funnel member 4 fixed to the lower portion of the lower penetrating member 3 and integrally formed therein, and the idler roller which is freely rotated by being assembled to the frame so that the wire passing through the upper penetrating member 2 is smoothly supplied. It is characterized by consisting of (1).

In order to solve the entanglement of the wires caused by the conventional hanger manufacturing apparatus, the inventors, after many trials and errors, separate the pair of through members 2 and 3 from each other in the vertical direction in which the wires are supplied, as shown in FIG. It was found that the test results can be completely solved to entangle the wire by installing the funnel member 4 integrally under the through member 3 of the lower portion. Most importantly, a pair of through members 2 and 3 should be installed to be spaced apart from each other up and down, and the separation distance is preferably maintained at 5 cm or more. More preferably, it is desirable to keep 5 cm or more and 20 cm or less. If the separation distance is 5 cm or less, entanglement may occur, and it is unnecessary that the separation distance is 20 cm or more. And the lower part is provided with a funnel member (4) that expands downward as shown in the third, so that the wire having a considerable strength is smoothly released without tangling when released from the cylindrical bundle. The shape, including the angle of the funnel member, can be readily implemented by those skilled in the art. The pair of penetrating members 2 and 3 has a disk shape, and grooves are formed at the center thereof to allow the wire to pass therethrough. The shape of the pair of penetrating members 2, 3 can be modified in many ways, but the shape does not affect the function of the present invention.

An idler roller 1 is attached to the frame 300 so as to be smoothly supplied with the wire passing through the upper member 2. It is preferable that the idler roller has a concave groove shape so that the wire is smoothly supplied. A protective cover 5 is further provided on the outside of the idler roller 1 through which the wire 100 passes, thereby preventing the wire from being separated.

Hanger manufacturing apparatus using a wire supply device according to the present invention can prevent entanglement at the time of supplying the wire can prevent the failure or stop operation of the machine.

The present invention can supply smoothly to the automated hanger manufacturing apparatus without the tangling phenomenon continuously, supplying the wire to the hanger manufacturing apparatus without tangling the wire supply for the hanger manufacturing apparatus that can increase the production efficiency almost no defect rate The present invention has the effect of providing an apparatus and a hanger manufacturing apparatus to which the wire feeder is attached.

Simple modifications or changes of the present invention can be easily carried out by those skilled in the art, and all such modifications or changes can be seen to be included in the scope of the present invention.
