PURPOSE: A pipe having uneven portions and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simply and accurately manufacture a pipe having uneven portions, since the uneven portions are formed in the state of a metal panel. The forming machine has a coil holder and an uneven portion forming roller(11). A metal sheet of a coil type is wound around the coil holder of the forming machine. The metal sheet passes through the uneven portion forming roller, so that uneven portions(2) can be formed in the metal sheet at regular intervals. The metal sheet having uneven portions passes though first and second rollers of the forming machine, so that a metal sheet can be formed in the shape of a pipe.
