Claims (4)
- 원통형 케이스에 Li/SOCl2 전지의 구성물이 수납되는 보호회로가 설치된 리튬전지에 있어서:상기 원통형 케이스의 상부면에 설치되되 중심에 양극핀이 돌출되도록 설치되는 헤더;상기 보호회로가 형성되어 상기 헤더의 상면에 설치되는 스페이스 겸용 전기기판;상기 전기기판의 상부에 설치되는 캡 터미널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 설치된 리튬전지.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호회로는 상기 리튬전지의 양극단의 입력단자(+), (-) 사이에 설치되는 분압 저항(R1), (R2);상기 분압 저항(R1), (R2)의 접속점에 게이트가 연결되는 n 채널형 FET 1;상기 입력단자(+)와 출력단자(+) 사이에 드레인과 소스가 각각 연결되고, 게이트가 FET1의 드레인에 연결되도록 설치되는 p 채널형 FET2;상기 입력단자(+)와 FET1의 드레인 사이에 설치되는 저항(R3)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 설치된 리튬전지.
- 청구항 제1항 또는 제2항에 있에서, 상기 전기기판에는 휴즈가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 설치된 리튬전지.
- 청구항 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전기기판은 상기 캡 터미널과 상기 헤더를 절연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 설치된 리튬전지.
